Jessa's POV

        It was the day we were supposed to leave for London, and just as I predicted, Riley waited until the last minute to pack.

I was seated on the couch, watching him run around like a mad man, as he screamed things like, "Where's my hairspray?" and "I can't find my leather jacket", when usually the thing he was looking for was in his hand the enitre time.

After what felt like forever he finally came down the stairs, lugging his suitcase behind him. He seemed a little frazzled, from all the running around and considering it was four in the morning.

I grabbed my suitcase, and said goodbye to Mark and Joan, before heading out the door with Connor ahead of us. He didn't bother to change out of his pajamas, which consisted of sweatpants and a black T-shirt, and he also seemed equally exhausted. Toby on the other hand, was still snoozing in his room, we tried waking him up but it was close to impossible, so we just decided to leave him.

Riley sat shotgun and I was in the backseat, trying to catch up on my sleep, along with Riley who was already snoring with his head against the window.

I awoke to someone shaking me, and I looked up to see Connor, with an expression that told me he wanted to get out of here as soon as he could so that he could get back to his bed.

Riley and I hugged Connor and said our last goodbyes, before he drove away and we walked into the airport, which was already full of tourists and teary-eyed relatives.

~~~~~~~~
We were now in the plane, and Riley was already fast asleep next to me.
I looked out the window and watched the clouds, and the way the color of the sky changed.
Hours later we finally landed in London.
I had to wake up Riley, and that is never an easy task.
"Riley... Riley... RILEY!!!", I yelled, making the remaining passangers who were still inside the plane look at me.
"I'm awake", Riley groaned. "Barely", I added, trying to stifle a laugh.
We exited the plane and claimed our luggage, before walking out of the airport, looking for someone who would take us to the hotel.
The person I least expected to pick us up was my mom, but there she was, a bright smile on her face as I ran to give her a hug.
"Hi sweetie, I've missed you", she said, as she wrapped her arms around me tightly. Then she greeted Riley and gave him a hug as well.
We got into her car and started driving to the hotel we were supposed to be staying at for the next week and a half.
The entire drive there I just looked out the window and noticed the dreary London weather, but everything else was so pretty that you didn't really focus on how cloudy the sky was.
"We're here", my mom announced, as we stopped in front of a fancy hotel and she handed me our room key.
Riley and I got out of her car and got our luggage from the trunk, as she drove away looking for a parking spot.
I had my suitcase held tightly in my left hand and my other hand was in Riley's, as we walked through the revolving doors.
We walked to the elevator and Riley pressed the '4' button.
"What's our room number", I asked, looking at the very long hallway right in front of us. "428".
We walked down the hall and finally found our room. Riley got the keycard and placed it into the little slot before opening the door.
The room was very spacious.
It had two twin sized beds, a bathroom, a closet and a little kitchen area. Just your usual hotel room.
"Dibs on the one near the balcony", I yelled and raced for the bed that I wanted.
I threw my suitcase onto it, declaring it as my property and Riley just rolled his eyes at my childish actions.
I slid the glass doors open and gazed at our view.
You could see Big Ben and the London Eye and many more. Now, I understand why my mom wanted to live here.
I felt strong arms wrap around me from behind and I automatically leaned back.
"I love it here". "We've barely been here for an hour", Riley chuckled. "Can we go sightseeing?", I asked, looking at him with pleading eyes and I know that he won't be capable of saying no.
And there we were getting lost in the streets of London.
