Pretending to feel something that you really do not feel is difficult ... although with practice everything can be possible, Am I right?. There are days in which I get up with those existential questions in my head without understanding the purpose of my life, in what happens of the day I pretend to be normal, without showing confusión on my face... that for a day more pretending to be okay.
Life is full of so many challenges, problems and above all confusion and there are times that you have to pretend smiles to show others that you are strong and that in spite of everything you are well and that you face it in the best way, but you have to be sinsere... you can not always achieve pretending to be okay.
And that's not a bad thing, it happens that we must realize that the stronger we want to show ourselves before other people ... it's okay not to be okay, and believe me there's nothing wrong with crying, getting angry, jumping, screaming etc. It is nothing out of the ordinary, but rather those emotions of pain and confusion are what make us feel human day by day.It's okay not to smile all the time. There are days when we only have to show what we truly feel without the need to attract attention, and if we have true friends we will be lucky to have them and ask us if we are good. We must not remain silent. It is not the best to pretend emotions that we do not really feel but I understand that when we have to do it...we have to do it.
I dare you: for one Day, pretend to be okay, pretend you are strong, and pretend you are positive...it's not gonna be easy, I know that, and that's what some people are going through this days. So lets help them show thor truselves and stop pretending.
