After I read Deepak's "The Book of Life", I felt nothing special or I wasn't impressed with the book because of his own decisions and carelessness, the way he abundant his wife and daughter rose a question over my mind "Is he a Man with purpose?". The book isn't impressive it seems like an autobiography of a person who is sick tired of facing failures.
Later I went through his abundant personal blog where he clearly stated that he quit writing. I don't know who this guy but his work is and the decision he took has put me in deep silence, how come a writer could quit writing when he knows nothing else to do in life just like me. This Deepak may not impress me but he put me in deep thoughts, his failure made me realize the same mistakes I went through. Not just me even every single responsible Man makes the same mistake and goes through the same toilsome. All I read in the book is just problems and suffering, why would a man read another man's suffering when he faces the same in his own life without a solution. "Sure I won't read it" but his failure built a strong wall in my deep mind. His failure becomes my inspiration, "I would be amazed if there were also solutions for every problem he mentioned" I thought.
"Wait" I stood up and glazed myself in the mirror for a while. "This is it" I was astonished. "This is why this book chooses me" all I need not just me every one need is a solution to their situation. So I need to give the solution to all the problems. Everyone knows the solution that why everyone thinks "I should have done this in the first place". Even I thought the same all the time.
For the first time after I signed the contract with print work publishing, I felt inspired. I decided to give solutions to all the problems a man faces in his earlier states and younger stages. I named my book "The Mistake I Made". I began my work and wrote everything as possible, about a man's life and his younger stages and his mistake and how to handle it. How to handle first success and how to handle the first failure, I wrote about all the mistakes a man can make and all those stupid decisions by giving up their carrier for a convincing marriage life. I write about how to balance the triangle "Carrier, Relationship and Family". I gave all the solution for Deepak's book "The Book of Life". It took exactly five days to complete my first draft; I abruptly submitted my draft to the publishing company. Within another two days, I got a positive response. The head and the senior editor had impressed with my book and they decided to push it forward and made a halt to every other work. The head knows when to publish a popular book, among the writing comity they were so depressed due to the fall draft of the market, all they need is a perfect book to make the audience to keep on track. Everyone decided to push my book on the front line. Within a month I got the publishing date. "It will be the best day in your life" the senior editor promised me.
When on the one side Irfan is excited about debut novel. On the other side, Deepak received a special copy of "The Mistake I Made" sent by the publishing company for a review and a special ticket for the grand launch. He read the book overnight and amazed he felt he should read this book many years before so his life would be on the right track. He posted a spoiler-free great review in his working blog and decided to wish the new author on the great launch.
Finally the day Irfan dreamt came to live. He wore an expensive suit and smelled so fresh. At once he came to the special mall he was amazed how grand the setup was. He could see the brand new crisp cover page all over the place and a huge wall size poster of it hanging at the top that makes everyone to make a glaze on it. He smiled over his name printed in bold letters which were really huge. The moment he walked in camera flash kissed all over his face and he blushed and smiled. The book launch held so grand than anyone expected, many big shots and great experienced press people came and encouraged Irfan for his debut work. Amid everyone Deepak stood quietly and stared Irfan, he couldn't believe that it was the young kid who stares him wired in the bookshop. First, his mind hesitated to go front and wish his great but later he did from the bottom of his heart.
When they both meet they stood quite realizing about each other. "You are the one I saw in the coffee shop isn't it?" Irfan asked with curious doubt and Deepak simply nodded.
"It was a hell of book Irfan, a work at this young age is really a brilliant work" he encouraged with a warm feel.
"Oh, thank you, sir"
"Even I wrote a great review about your book over my working blog"
"Really?" Irfan questioned.
"Yes!"
"Then you should be a great reader or writer".
"Yeah I was a great reader and once I was a great writer" Deepak exhausted.
"Once?"
"Yeah, nothing worked out so I dragged myself into this. My carrier as a writer came to an end with Irfan". He said with stubborn heart.
"Nothing is called an end Sir, every end is just a new beginning" Irfan replied after he witnessed the sad over Deepak's eyes.
Within few seconds again Irfan got busy; he was grouped with media people who raised questions about his new book. Deepak decided to leave the place but when a press person asked: "Sir did any book inspired you for your work" Deepak stopped abruptly and waited for the response.
"I'm sorry pardon," Irfan asked again.
"Did any book inspire you for your work" he repeated.
"Yeah, actually a book was the real reason for my work". His response gathered everyone's attention.
Everyone waited for his reply "The Book of Life by Deepak". The whole noisy ambience came to halt of silence and everyone except Irfan looked at Deepak when he stood like a sculptured statue. Within few seconds Irfan realized he was talking to the inspiration of his book without knowing it.
Later everything went beyond control, all the media attention turned over Deepak and Irfan simultaneously. Later on, they both sat and response unison for every question. After observing everything the head and senior editor came to a quick decision to release both books at the same time as part 1 and part 2. The moment Deepak was waiting all his life came to true he was no more a looser writer and as like Irfan said nothing is called the end every end is just a new beginning. Once again life was good but not bad.
