Naina absolutely hate being idle. So now she's doing some preparations for dinner with her Mom. She knows her Mom is very sad and tensed because she's leaving tomorrow. Its really difficult to part with the place she called home for last 25 years of her life. And now all of a sudden she's moving to a new country. A new place that will be her home for the rest of her life.

Naina came out of her thoughts hearing her phone ringing. She looked at the caller ID only to see Karan calling. Why is he calling now?? Isn't he coming home?? Its already 5 pm.

Hello??

Naina picked up the call confused as to why he is calling her.

Keep your bags packed today only. We would have no time tomorrow.

Karan said or she should say ordered in a harsh tone. Looks like someone had a really bad day.

Okay. You're done with your work??

Naina asked him in a blank tone. He sighed as if really tired. She knows he should be tired. He works like a robot.

Yes. Just some formalities which I will finish till tonight.

Karan said as if dismissing. Naina knows he wants to cut the call. Wait, Till tonight?? God knows till how late he will stay at office.

Naina said and cut the call. She went to her room and started packing her luggage. How can one pack her whole life in just some hours?? She feels like she's a guest here right now. Whole day her Mom, Dad and Sid pampered her too much. They did everything she likes. She doesn't know when she'll meet her family again. She's scared right now. What if Karan's family doesn't like her?? In fact he didn't tell her anything about his family.

Finally after doing all the work of her home for the last time she sat beside her Mom who was looking towards the door tensed. Its already 11 pm and Karan still doesn't came home. Her Mom has to wake up early tomorrow, so she sent her to sleep saying that she's here waiting for him.

Naina sat on the sofa resting her head at the headrest and closing her eyes. She didn't know when she slept because she got up startled hearing the door bell. Naina looked towards the clock only to see its 1 am already. God!! Karan was out for that long??

She opened the door and he came in. Naina frowned as Karan looked like a dead person. He sat down on the sofa and she gave him water. He looked at her startled. Naina knows Karan didn't notice her before.

Why are you still awake??

Karan asked drinking the water looking at her confused. Naina knows her eyes are full of sleep.

I was waiting for you.

She shrugged and went to kitchen with his glass. She felt like she would sleep right here right now.

Look Naina there is no need to do all this.

Karan said looking at her sternly and she rolled her eyes at him. As if she's doing all this to impress him. She is not doing anything for him. She did that only for her Mom.
