Karan looked at the picture of Naina in front of his desk. He doesn't understand how can someone be such an important part of your life in just some days. Still Naina is important for him, in fact very important. He knows he shouldn't have talked to her like that, but she could have shouted at him , hit him or whatever. But all she chose was to leave him. And not even house, she left the country too.

Karan took a deep breath after deciding his course of action. He picked up his cabin's extension and called Wil.

Hello??

Wil picked up the phone after almost 2 rings.

Wil!! I want all the board members in conference room right now.

Karan said to him sternly and the line was silent for some seconds.

Karan?? Everything okay??

Wil asked in a tensed voice and Karan took a deep breath all tired.

Hmm. Just tell them to come immediately.

Karan said to Wil with a blank voice.

Okay.

Wil cut the call and Karan put down the receiver. He really hopes that everything here could be sorted out soon, so he can sort out his life too. His cell phone started ringing all of a sudden. She looked at the caller ID only to see India's number. Karan knows who the person is. This is the fourth time Naina is calling him yet she didn't say even a word.

Hello??

Karan said in a bored tone after picking up the call. He can hear her sighing on the other side and now this is irritating him. She is not going to say anything this time too?? Why is she even calling then??

Do you want to say anything. Or are you planning to cut this call like other three.

Karan asked smirking lightly and heard her took a deep breath. All of a sudden she cut the call and Karan shook his head looking at his cell phone.

Idiot!! Why can't she talk to me??

Karan frowned looking at the cell phone. What does she want him to do?? At first she ran away to India and now she is making blank calls. Karan heard a knock on the door of his cabin. He called the person in and got up as he said that everyone is in the conference room already. Karan sighed as soon as she reached the conference room.

Gentlemen, I have a really urgent work. So I will not be present for at least one week.

Karan told them about his plans and they all gaped at him as if they saw something alien. Wil got up all of a sudden and Karan frowned at him. What happened to him now??

What!! But Karan we have important projects lined up.

Wil said looking at him tensed and Karan nodded at him. He knows they have important projects, but he can handle those projects being away from here. But he cannot handle Naina from phone. Karan has to handle her personally.

I know, don't worry. I will be in touch with you. And will be attending all the meetings by video conference. But right now I have to leave.

Karan said looking at all of them seriously and they all looked down thinking something.

Okay sir. What do we all have to do??

One of the members asked looking at Karan determined and Karan smiled slightly. He knows they all will handle this company. Though Karan actually doesn't have to take their permission as he's the head of this company but he likes to be in agreement with everyone.
