"Well, that was boring, like always. It's good school is over. Let's.. Go back now." Ashley said. I nodded. Ashly snorted "You nod a lot, talk for once! Isa.. Isaac isn't here!" She said, looking angered. I slowly opened my mouth, a little shocked but mumbled "You're right, I'm sorry" and looked away, Ashley rolled her eyes and walked to the car, and I swiftly followed her. Once we we're both seated, she drove off. The whole ride was silent and awkward. She dropped me of at home and we quickly said our goodbyes.

Eleanor's P.O.V

I wasn't sure if Isaac was home, so I picked the spare keys out my bag. And opened the door. After that I went inside, and took my jacket and shoes off. I walked into the living room, and I saw nobody there. So I went upstairs to our small library. I grabbed the first book I saw, and started reading it. 

I didn't know how long I was asleep, but I know I woke up from Isaac shaking me. And he looked pretty mad. "What is it Isaac? Did something happen?" I asked. "Of course not! I just came home, not seeing you, and you also didn't answer me when I called your name! You scared me!" He said angrily. My mouth formed an 'O' form "Oh I'm so sorry Isaac!" I said. He didn't seem to calm down "You better be sorry!" He said. "I'll go make dinner." He said, and stormed off. I wasn't sure to do, so I just continued reading my book. After a while I heard Isaac calling me from downstairs, saying that dinner was ready, so I went downstairs. He had made us some mashed potatoes with steak. I sat down at the dinning table, and started eating. There was an awkward silence between us. Isaac still looked mad, so after dinner I said "I'm going to make homework." Isaac nodded, but said nothing. So I left, and went upstairs.

Once I was done with my homework, I went downstairs. Isaac was reading the newspaper. He looked up and said "I'll get your milk." I nodded, and saw him going to the kitchen. He came back with the milk, and angrily handed me it "Drink." He said, not bothering to say anything else. I looked down guiltily, feeling bad "I-I'm so sorry Isaac, I always mess up I'm really useless" I softly said while grabbing the milk, burning my hands with how hot it was, but I didn't care at the moment, Isaac snorted and said loudly "You're trying to guilt trip me aren't ya? Acting like the victim! Like I'm the bad guy here. You are really useless. I was just worried." He said, saying the last part eerily calm, it scared me more than anything else. I decided to drink the milk to not anger Isaac any further. The milk burned my tongue and throat. But I didn't care. I couldn't wait any longer, Isaac wasn't a very patient person, she knew that very well. "Now go to bed! I'll join you later." He growled, I nodded quickly. 

I woke up the next morning before the alarm could wake me. The first thing I noticed was that Isaac wasn't here with me anymore. My eyes scanned the room, sadness filled them. Isaac wasn't here. I quickly readied myself. Even if it was still early, and school wouldn't start for a while. She still felt the need to be ready. She ran downstairs and saw Isaac cooking breakfast. I quickly spotted her and smiled "I'm sorry for last night darling, I was just tired. It won't happen again." He promised. I instantly nodded. Of course I believed him, Isaac won't lie to me! I sat down and asked with a smile "What's for breakfast today?" Isaac turned around with a smile "Your favorite, waffles!" He said, handing me a plate with fresh made waffles. I grinned, loving waffles. I quickly ate them, Isaac watched me quietly and smiled "I see you we're really hungry, dear. But I'm afraid there aren't any more left. Should I bring you to school today?" He asked, looking at me gently. I immediately nodded again, wanting to spend some more time with him. He grinned and said "Well, school isn't starting for a while. So I'll take a quick shower, I'll be right back love." I answered "Alright, just be quick!" He nodded grinning, before leaving.

I was currently sitting in the car to school, looking at Isaac again. I sighed, it was eerily quiet and she disliked it. So she decided to end it "So Isaac.. Any plans today?" She asked, unsure. Isaac immediately looked at her when she began talking, and he shook his head "Just work, nothing important." He said. I nodded and looked forwards again, as the awkward silence fell once again.

Ashley wasn't at school today.

I was currently sitting at the dinner table, waiting until it was ready.  It wasn't long until Isaac came in with the food. we both ate our dinner quickly. No words being said, it made me uncomfortable. But I didn't want to bug him so I kept quiet. After dinner Isaac stood up and said "Go do whatever upstairs, I have some business, come downstairs when it's dark so we can go sleep." I nodded and quietly left

I went to the library and continued reading a book I started with a while ago. The book was about dolphins. I really love these animals. I heard some noises coming from downstairs. I just listened and did nothing. I looked outside the window and saw the sun going down. It's was a beautiful sunset. No clouds just the sun. And I went back to my book. Then I realized it was getting dark so I should probably head downstairs as Isaac told me, so I did that. Isaac was waiting for me, looking uninterested "Finally you're here, drink the milk. I want to go to bed quick." He said, waving slightly at the milk resting on the table. I quickly nodded and drank it. Isaac quietly watched me and then headed upstairs, leaving me to swiftly follow him.
