My Oc looks like Kurapika!? O_o

OMG you guys! You can't believe what I just did!

So, to start this off...ever since arts/drawing was really one of my favorite hobby, skill and talent. Then, I started to improve myself more of art until now. Because of this I was thinking of drawing my original characters the same thought of making a story which is a YURI or so called Anime GxG theme...the first Oc (original character) I drew was Sora Aruki (if anyone remembered her from my first artbook).

The name Sora Aruki came into my mind so I started to draw her features. She has blonde shoulder-lenght hair, blue eyes, her skin is a bit fair and she wore a miko (priestess) attire and two scarlet earrings. That was since I drew her back then before I started to watch HxH.

After that, I saw my little brother watched HxH and so I got hooked by both HxH in 2011 and 90's version I can't even choose so I picked both cause why not love them??

Until, my eyes caught by a certain anime blonde from his first appearance. I didn't even suspect him as a girl at first because I know the main four protagonists were all males so yeah (don't judge me at first when I watched HxH I didn't suspect Kurapika as a girl, but then many memes of him were calling him being a girl and I was so triggered as hell lolz)

I asked my brother "who's that blonde with Gon?"

He answered "Kurapika...he's cool though."

By every time I watched HxH with my brother I always asked him the same thing who's the blonde pretty guy and it pisses him because I can't really get a one catch call from his name. Then, my second time rewatching HxH, I started to have an anime crush on Kurapika since hahaha I know... It's obvious I searched a lot about him then tada! (I don't wanna cause any fangirl intensifies here excuse me XD)

Then, I realized that when I scattered my old drawing pads from my folder I noticed that SORA ARUKI AND KURAPIKA WERE SIMILAR TO EACH OTHER!! IT WAS A COINCIDENCE!!!

I began to scanned a lot of my drawings of Sora back then I finished watching Hxh. And so I laughed. It's funny Sora Aruki the first Oc I drew first before I watched Hxh is now like the female version of Kurapika. Now come to think of it...it would be better if they're siblings like Sora is part of the Kurta Clan though lolz.

So here it is! My old drawing of them last two years ago. Because of my realization I drew them together with some notes by comparison (the drawing it's on the top!! Please look it above!)

I'll give you the least information of my Oc Sora Aruki:

Sora Aruki is the head priestess of her Clan, "Roun Clan" she was loved by many of her people in her village. Most of the people were also charmed by her good polite mannerisms and behaviors including her beauty that they thought she was the gift from the Sun Goddess above. She was the replaced head priestess of Tsubaki Hanashi the former head who had died from the stroke of an arrow by their fellow mortal enemy by the Kuja Clan of the East that happened since 6 years ago, she was the head's assistant priestess. Ever since their tragic civil attack from West against the East would never had peace by their lands after another year the Kuja will strike their land again and will prevent another civil attack from their own evil hands. The only main target is to get and retrieve the only powerful stone the "Scarlet Blood Diamond Amulet of the Four Souls" that which or whoever wear it might gain a lot of power to control nature on it's own mankind.
