Chapter One

It's your senior year in college at this new school and you've never been so nervous. Luckily your best friend, Tae, goes to this school.

Y/N: How are you not nervous Tae?

Tae: I've gone to this school since freshman year.

Y/N: Oh yeah, I forgot you went here for that long. What classes do you have? Do we have any together? Can you show me where my classes are?

Tae: Calm down. Let me see your schedule. Looks like we have all classes together expect for 5th so I can show you where they are. I'm not sure where your 5th is, but I think it's on the second floor.

Y/N: Thank you! I'm so nervous. What if I don't make any new friends?

Tae: Are you serious? First off, look at you. You're gorgeous, anyone will want to be your friend. And second, I have a couple of friends I can introduce you to. I know they'll love you like I do.

Y/N: Are you sure they'll like me?

You ignore his comment about loving you. He's been your best friend since forever but there's always been that spark. You're scared it'll ruin your friendship if anything happens.

You and Tae spend the first three classes together. Then lunch rolls around.

Tae: Y/n, are you ready to meet my friends?

Y/N: No, I'm nervous.

Tae: Babygirl, don't be nervous. They won't bite.

He's always calling you babygirl, especially when he knows you're nervous meeting new people. God, that name always gets you.

You and Tae walk over to a couple of guys. You can't help but to notice how hot they are.

Tae: Hey guys, this is y/n. She's new to our school.

The one with blonde-brown hair gives a shy, awkward smile and wave. The one with brown hair smiles and waves.

Jungkook: Hey there, I'm Jungkook. But you can call me Kookie. And this is Jin.

Tae rolls his eyes knowing Jungkook only tells the girls he wants to get with to call him 'Kookie'.

Y/N: Nice to meet you both.

Tae: What do you have for 4th and 5th? I have math and english.

Jungkook: Math and art.

Jin: Math and science.

Y/N: Hey, I have math for 4th too. We should all sit together!

Tae: Sounds good, what do you have for your 5th again y/n?

Y/N: Looks like I have art with Kookie.

You notice Tae fidgeting. You want to ask him about it but decide not to.

You all finish up lunch and head to math. Once math is over you and Jungkook walk to art. He casually throws his arm over your shoulders.

Y/N: Not trying to sound like I'm complaining, but why do you have your arm around me?

Jungkook: I'm sorry, I just thought it would help ease your nerves and make you feel welcomed to the group.

Y/N: No it's fine.

You make it to art and get settled in. Once class is over, you and Jungkook meet up with Tae and Jin. You all make plans to hangout over the weekend then say your goodbyes.
