I looked up and saw the white snowflake coming from the sky. It gracefully touch my nose.
I gasped with excitement.
“Look Drake! It’s snowing!” I shouted as more snow fell from the sky. I always love the snow. It gave me a warm feeling inside.
I looked over at his dull expression. He had that thinking feel again.
I stopped smiling and gave a concern face.
He’s been this way for the last few days. He’s been very distracted and unfocus.
I looked down at the ground.
He’s making me worry like crazy and he’s not telling me anything. Drake, I wish you know how it feels when you do that.
“Alice, what are you looking at?” Drake asked.
I snapped my head up and looked at him. His blood red eyes looked back at me. I bite my bottom lip.
“No-nothing,” I said, continuing to walk. Drake followed close behind me with the boxes full of Christmas decorations in his hand.
We walked into my house.
“Alice, are you back?” my mom asked from another room.
I took my black boots off before entering the the main parts of my house.
“Yes, I got the supplies and Drake agreed to help,” I told her.
Just about two days ago, I told my mom about Drake. All she knows is that, he’s my boyfriend. She doesn’t even know that he doesn’t go to my school and I’ve been dating him for almost eight months. It’s been five months since he told his real identity. Three months before, we started dating. He has to be the best boyfriend ever.
I removed my scarf and gloves and set my coat in the closet. I turned around to get Drake’s coat. He was just there, standing and watching me. I jumped back a bit.
“Uh… Drake, can-can I get your coat?” I shyly questioned, scratching the back of my head. His eyes shifted to the doorway and I copied. My mom entered the room with her glasses over her brown eyes.
“Hello children, did you get the supplies?” she said, winking at us.
My mom looked cute in her short orange hair, red turtle neck sweater and black pajamas pant. She had the cuteness little smile with dimples. I hadn’t seen that smile in forever.
“Yes Miss Reina,” Drake said, calling my mom by her first name.
“Well then. Let’s get started!” mom shouted.

After decorating the whole house, my mom told us she was going to make cookies and tea. She told us to go relax. We started down the hall to my room. The house look beautiful with decorating.
“Isn’t the house beautiful?” I asked Drake, twirling around. I suddenly tripped and fell on my face.
Ouch, it really hurt.
I held my nose. Drake walked around me and help me up. He didn’t even smile when I fell. Anyone would have laugh.
We walked up to my doorway entrance then stop. Drake looked up and saw the mistletoe hanging there. I put it up when he was helping my mom set up the the tree. I thought it would be cute to have him kiss me everytime he entered the room.
“Alice, what is that?” Drake questioned. I fidget a little.
“It’s- it’s a mistletoe,” I replied, blushing. I was hoping he would get the hint and just kiss me already.
