In the silence of the night, we lay on the dead grass that somehow still feels soft. We are both looking up at the midnight blue of the clear cloudless sky.
Right then everything felt just right.
Somewhere out there is the guy who's going to steal my heart. We could be gazing up at the same stars right now. Wherever he is, whoever he is, I hope he's in a safe place. I hope he's looking for me.
A smile stretches across my face as a thought occurs to me and I look at Andrè laying beside me, looking at the stars. Maybe, just maybe, the one I'm looking for is laying right beside me.

I just wanted to let you guys know that the short short stories posted here are going to be like the title says, short and sweet. I hope you enjoyed it. I'm new to Wattpad and this whole story writing thing (laughs nervously). Most of the stories are born out of my boredom but hopefully they won't bore you.
