*GASP*
"What just happened?" I whisper, abruptly sitting up in our once makeshift bed in the living room. I look over at Taylor. She's sound asleep next to me, but where's Travis? I hear the kitchen door open and close and I jump up to see who's there.
I get to the kitchen but I don't see anybody. I run to the kitchen window and see Travis getting into his car. He's crying. Within no time he's gone.
I walk back to the living room and on my way back I check the time. It's 7:13. Underneath the microwave and I too of the stove is a letter addressed to Taylor. I pick it up and open it. What I read even broke my own heart. It read:
My dearest Taylor,
I have to leave Sherwood. You will no longer see me again. I hope you can find love again and I hope he treats you right. Don't get me wrong, I will miss you, but it's for the best. Have and amazing life. I love you.
