As we walked to my house I watched Ace and Ari play with each other. She has never let anyone touch her, not even my mom. She would only let me and Ms Haley pick her up and stuff. Ari must like Ace, she kept pulling his hair and he would tickle her Everytime.
We finally got to my house and Ace and Ari was still having their little time.
"Can I see my sister now" I said reaching for her
"She don't want you shorty" he said walking to the kitchen
"Ion appreciate how you just walking in my kitchen like that" I said walking the the cabinet grabbing a bottle
"To bad lil girl" he said standing Ari up on the counter
As I was making her bottle I heard the front door open, Ace looked over to the door so fast.
"LEO!" My mother yelled
"Shit" I mumbled
"Yes mom" I said walking out the kitchen
"Where's my baby at" she said rubbing her arms as if she was cold
"Here she is" Ace said coming out the kitchen
"Who the fuck are you, why you holding my daughter" my mother said snatching Ari out his hands
Before we could say anything Ari started to cry and reach for me
"Why do you do this, you know she don't like you" I mumbled
"Here take her back shit she giving me a headache" my mother said
"And I'm gonna need that money that I left back" she said putting her hand out
"Here" I said reaching in my back pocket giving it to her
"Come here Ari" I said taking her from my mom
"Who is this boy" she said sniffing rubbing her nose
"I'm Ace" he said in a deep voice
"You smashing my daughter boy" she said looking around
"Mom!" Leo yelled
"Nah it ain't even like that" Ace said looking around
"Mhm well I'll be back later Leo" April said walking towards Leo
"Why you walking towards me" Leo said moving
"I just wanna hug Leo" April said pulling Leo into a hug which made Ari push her away from Leo
"Uh I'll catch up whicha later Shawty" Ace said
"No you can stay im leaving anyway" April said walking out the door
After she left Leo walked to the kitchen with Ace right behind her. She began making Ari bottle when Ace said something
"If you don't mind me asking where yo pops at Shawty" he asked leaning his back against the counter
"Jail" she said shrugging her shoulders
Ace didn't say anything back he just nodded his head and pulled his phone out

I know her moms from somewhere I just can't put my finger on it. I watched her as she made her sisters bottle, she look stressed and I might just have something that can't fix that🤫.
"Nigga Stop staring at me, say what's on yo mind" She said walking up the living room
"You looked stressed" I said smirking
