Hi my name is Becca I'm 18 years old and this is my story. I started having cancer when I was eleven years old, my life is pretty much nothing it's just something that god gave you to use but I guess that my life kinda got.... turned upside down.
My daily schedules are going on the saint Jude's hospital and trying to make friends in college. I have no true love or family to cheer me up or at least give me a kiss. I have a family but they don't cheer me up they have up just like I did. My dad died on my fifteenth birthday.... literally on that day. right now I'm heading to the saint Jude's hospital with Toby, my car. I worked in a bank for a while and I'll tell you it sucked! I got the money I needed and bought a truck, not just any truck but Titan! he's a beauty.
I arrived there and locked Toby which made a beeping sound. I pushed on the doors which made a creaking noise, then I greeted all the nurses and made my way to Dr. Pandel. weird name good business. "Good morning Becca!" he greeted.
"Good morning" I said back.
"Did you have a good weekend?"
"Well, I saw this cute boy but by the end of lessons he called me ugly." I answered
"That's not what I meant but it gives me the fact that he is wrong cause you are beautiful gurl!" he laughed. his smile comforts me and he always makes me laugh.
"Thanks" I said
He checked my blood pressure and did some other things. He was smiling until he saw something on his computer.
He looked at me and he has no expression on his face, well a little bit of sadness.
" Becca... I'm sorry but there is nothing that can cure you only a miracle can cure you. I'm sorry, if I could I would do anything to find a cure but.. there is no cure.
I couldn't breath for a second I realized that anytime soon I was gonna die. I just had to face the fact.
I went to my dorm and I just sat there on my bed. my mind was blank, completely blank. then I thought about making a bucket list. My roommate Caroline wasn't there right now so I took some if her paper and wrote down the list of things I want to do before I kick the bucket.
