Peter went home that night, and the rest of the avengers (mainly your Dad, and Steve) were basically interrogating you. The rest were pretty much just there. Nat was the only one asking the important, non-Peter related questions. Thor didn't speak as much as usual but he took your side when he did.
"Can you two just calm down!? It was one date, that you seem more focused on than the fact that someone knows who I am!" You can't help but shout.
"You know that dating a superhero could be dangerous, (Y/N)." Tony replies.
"Stark, the Man Of Spiders wouldn't let something happen to (Y/N)." Thor steps up.
"Is living with one really that safe anyway?!" You're grateful for Thor, but you still needed to stand your ground.
"(Y/N), we just want what's best for you." Steve says, sounding like your other father. Then again, that was just his personality.
"I'm not sure you guys even know what's best for me anymore." You say flatly, before storming off, slamming the door to your room. You look down at your phone, deciding to distract yourself. You had a new message. It was from Peter.
Peter-Hey (Y/N)!
You-Hi! Sorry for not answering sooner..
Peter-That's ok! Did you sort out the identity thing?
You-You could say that. He's probably in prison for trying to break into the tower.
Peter-So Uhm. I really hope that didn't ruin things...
You-No! Of course not! I had a really good time!
You had more than just a good time. Peter was basically perfect. You just wanted him to think the same of you.
Peter-That's great! :)
You-Anyways, I'm gonna head to bed. Goodnight Peter!
Peter-Sleep well (Y/N)!
Yes I'm aware it was shorter, but I wanted to get out a chapter. Thanks so much for 600 reads though everyone! It's crazy to me that people actually enjoy this. If there's anything you guys specifically want feel free to suggest things! I love to see what you guys like. Bai!
