{The Noble Fight} Rain Forest

The next place was obviously a forest. It's too crowded with trees and plants. The mask appears saying, "In this level there's a gem too, but if you find it this time, you will get a bonus point."

"Okay. So let's start. Where do we find it." asks Isabelle.

"That's the issue this time by the way. Follow me."

We followed the Mask into a very dark place. I couldn't even categorize where we are. Then suddenly the lights turn on. It's too bright after being too dark so my eyes take some minutes to adjust.

When they adjust, I take a step forward, and when I carry my other leg to take the second step the Mask screams out, "Wait!" So I freak out and backup.

"Wha-what's wrong?!" I ask with goosebumps.

"Can't you see what's laid infront of you?"

I switch my gaze onto the floor infront of me finding what I never expected. So I actually almost stepped over these!

There were almost ten different shapes and sizes of knives and similar utensils to it.

"Wow. Are we gonna use these to kill each other? Niahahahhahah!!" Isabelle asks.

"No. You need these to hunt and open through any of the animals you find."

"We don't have time for that. All we need is to win. And the gem." I reply.

"Yups exactly. The gem is inside the body of one of the animals you'll find. "

My stomache growls.

He gets us something to wear. I wrap it around my waist and place the sharp utensils in its pockets just like he directs us.

We leave the area that we were in and head back into the forest. Apparently we were in a small room that was built inside it.

"Ready?"

We nod.

"Start!!"

We start running too fast until the road branches apart so we seperate. Each to her own seperate mission. I am running when I find a deer bending down to eat some grass. I stab the knife into its back. And it starts twitching. I leave the knife in its body and back off terrified from the way it looks while dying. It slowly dies and falls on the ground. I start cutting through its skin. And then I take out its intestines almost throwing up. I cracked its skull open after knocking on it with a hammer (one of the provided tools). This animal was unfortunately free from any gems.

I start running again willing to find any animal. My hands are covered in blood. They are trembling.  My feet couldn't carry me anymore after touching real actual intestines.

I suddenly find myself running next to Isabelle again. We both find a rhino in front of us in the middle of our way so we both stop. And we both start our thing. I start with his intestines.... again. And she cracks his head. Blood splashes on my face and shirt several times.

"I think nothing can be worse than this. Killing innocent animals to win a game."

Then suddenly it starts to rain.. Too much heavy rain that my hair becomes too straight and my clothes are now perfectly soaked in water.

I tried not to give a damn and to be ho est it wasn't easy.

"God!" Isabelle groans.

Luckily we found the gem.... But in which side do you think?
