⭐️Chapter 12: The Request

The strange man walked inside an old building that seems to be an old factory. Everest followed him.

"Get inside this room, young pup," said the strange man.

Everest got inside the room and when she did the strange man immediately shut the door.

"What the heck? What is the meaning of this?" Asked Everest in fear.

The strange man laughed at her. "Oh nothing. This is a trap. Let's see who's going to rescue you." He walked away.

Everest stayed in the room until water started cascading down the walls. The countdown was set to five minutes.

Chase wakes up and finds that he was in his pup house with all the pups (except Everest and Skye. Skye's inside the lookout) and Ryder surrounding him.

"What happened? Where's Everest?" Asked Chase.

"Two things. One, you were unconscious. And two, Everest got pupnapped by a strange man," Said Tracker.

"What? We have to find her!" Said Chase.

"Okay!" Said the pups and Ryder. They were starting to search for Everest.

Meanwhile in the lookout Skye was playing pup pup boogie. At that moment that same strange man pupnapped Skye and went to the old factory and put her in a room next to Everest. Water started cascading down the walls.

The pups were searching for Everest but they got a call from that same strange man telling them that he also pupnapped Skye and that they're both at the old factory. The pups found the old factory.

"You stay here, guys. I'm going in," said Chase.

"Me too. Besides, Everest's my crush no matter what," said Marshall.

They both went inside and found two rooms with Everest in one and Skye in the other.

"You get Skye. I'll get Everest," said Marshall.

"Sounds like a good plan, bud!" Said Chase. "I really love the way he acts on serious stuff!" He thought.

3 minutes passed and they only have 2 minutes left or else Everest and Skye will die underwater. They were trying everything to open the doors, but they were locked. They only have one minute left.

"Help!" Yelled Skye and Everest, trying to catch breath before drowning.

Marshall and Chase grabbed two axes and started to break the doors. Luckily they succeed and Skye and Everest survived just in time. They were unconscious though.

It's been 3 days and Skye and Everest finally woke up.

"What happened?" Asked Skye and Everest.

Marshall smiled and kissed Everest while Chase smiled and kissed Skye. They seemed to enjoy the kiss.
