After only a few minutes, the new student walked in. He was dressed in pretty much all black, other than the chains around his neck, one silver and one gold. He had his dreads pulled back into a tight pony tail with a beanie on top and sunglasses covering his eyes. He walked over to the desk. Immediately I noticed that he walked with this sort of confidence. Swagger, if you will. He kept his head held real high and he knew damn well who he was and he embraced that shit. Immediately I had to respect him for that. He sat down next to me. "Hey doll face, what's good?" He said as he smirked and then bit his lip. I rolled my eyes. "Nice to meet you, Tyrone, now if you don't mind, can we get back to work please?" I commented, looking down at the work. "Fine," He said, taking the used, chewed-up gum out of his mouth and sticking it under the desk. I cringed. "I-if you could throw that out next time, that be great...and much more sanitary." I scolded him. "Kay babe." I knew he hadn't heard what I said when he answered. But I chose to move on and we began to work for a little while. We worked for the rest of the period, until the bell rang. Obviously, we had to stop a lot because Tyrone couldn't sit still or even listen, and I knew he was doing whatever he was doing on purpose to annoy me. But I chose to ignore him regardless. God, I hope tomorrow is easier...
