Zoey's POV

Its almost the end of the day and Zach Herron still hasn't bullied me, I should be happy but I'm actually scared.

When our bullies don't prank us throughout the day, that means they are planning a huge, embarrassing prank at the end of the day

I was going down the steps to the front yard of the school to find the girls when......
Zach comes out with a killer clown mask

I scream at the sight of the clown, God! I hate those things

After his successful scare which made me drop all my stuff, he takes off the mask and lets out a nice laugh

"Thats your big prank? A killer clown mask?" I say as I pick up all my things

"Sorry I wasn't around, I was busy making out with other girls" he replies

Why am I not surprised?

"Why are you always being such a player and making out with every pretty girl you see?"

"Why? Did you miss me?" He ask with a smirk

"Me miss the guy who bullied me since we were 1st grade, HELL NO"

"Anyways I know your birthday is coming up this week, so I decided that as a not-so-birthday present, I shall give you my homework" he takes out his homework and gives it to me "and as a little treat, I'd like to give you this" He takes something else out of his bag

I assume it is his garbage or dirty gym clothes but instead, I am shocked to see.......a beautiful red rose?

What? Why? How? When? Zach Herron giving me a flower? Millions of questions started going through my mind

"Don't worry, Its not poison ivy" he admits

"I can see that, its obviously a rose"

"Do you like it? I got it this morning. And its my little treat for you, here" he hands me the rose but I still have this huge nerve on why he gave me this

I grab the rose and reply with a soft yet sincere "Thank You"

I run off to where the girls may be, They have to know about this

Zach's POV

She grabs the rose and replies with a soft "Thank You"

I watch her as she runs off, maybe to her girls to tell them what happened

I can't blame her if she's surprised, All I used to give her for her birthday is my homework or dirty gym clothes

I felt someone grab my backpack and pull me to the side of the school where there aren't much students

"Dude! Why would you do that?" I turn to see who it is, its Corbyn

"You mean give her a rose?" I ask

"Yes, that!"

"You know Zoey's birthday is this week"

"I know that. We need to go, the guys are waiting for us in the car"

We both hurry up to the car and as soon as we are in, Corbyn tells them what I did

"You what?!" Jonah yells

"Why didn't you just give her your dirty gym clothes to clean like what you do every year?" Daniel ask while driving

"You couldn't help yourself?" Corbyn helps me with my sentence  "I couldn't blame you, Chloe becomes more beautiful every single day. Its hard for me too"

"Cmon guys! We've been bullying them since we were in 1st grade, we can't give up now and admit to them. This is not an ordinary love story!" Jonah says
