Chapter 4

Meka

Crap. Crap. Crap. I didn't know it would be One Direction sponsering my child. Crap. What am I supposed to do? "Mamma?" Alayni asks sounding confused. The boys eyes snap to the twins who are standing next to eachother. "Oh my god. Colton? Bradlyn?" Louis breaks the silence. The twins look at the boys as if they are crazy then Aveins eyes widen. I am guesing he put two and two together with my past. "Wait, Mom? Those are the guys that adopted you?" Avein asks. Alayni's eyes widen as she also realizes this. Avalyne just looks at me confused. "Mommy? Who are they?" She asks. I pick her up and point at Louis. "That is Louis. He is your grandpa. And the other boys. You can call them your uncle." I would explain the whole adoption thing to her but she wouldn't get it. She suddenly hides behind my back. She doesn't do well with meeting family. I don't know why. When she meet her blood relative family members, Colton and Bradlyn. She was very shy but around other people she just doesn't care. "Why don't we leave and let your mom and the boys catch up?" Mikeal asks the kids. I smile a thankful smile at him as he leads the kids out of the garage. All of a sudden I'm in the middle of a group hug. "We thought you were dead!" Niall explains as he starts crying. I give them a sad smile. "I am so sorry. I know I should of went back to you guys but I had to do what was best for the twins and I." I say starting to cry. "Louis wipes my tears away. "It is perfectly fine. We are just glad you are okay." He says smiling at me. "Reed..." Zayn trails off as he holds back tears. Him and I were always close. "It's Meka now. I had all of our names changed. Colton is Avein and Bradlyn is Alayni." I state. "Oh.. " Harry frowns. "We have so much to catch up on.." I state. The boys nod and sit. "Tell us how you ended up here." Liam says sitting back down. And so I do. I tell them about the memory loss, and  Ace. Getting my memory back. Running away. Changing names. Meeting Mikeal. I tell them everything. And by the end they are in tears. "We missed your wedding... and your third child's birth." Liam wipes at his tears. I nod sadly and hug them all. 

        I smile as Louis comes up to Avalyne and I. Right now we are in the living room just talking and getting to get to know eachother again. Jason, Keagan and Dillon left to give us time alone. "Avey. This is your grandpa. Louis this is Avalyne. She is my third angel and is 4." He waves at her as Avalyne hides her face in my chest. I laugh and so does Louis. "She is very shy around family. Not just random people. Family. She was like this when she met Colton and Bradlyn." I smile. "The twins?" He asks. I shake my head. "No. My siblings. I found them." He grins. "That is wonderful!" I grin and nod. "It is." Avalyne yawns and rubs her eyes. "Are you sleepy?" Louis asks. She shakes her head quickly. "No!" I laugh. "Come on let's go get you in your pajamas." I say. "I'm not tired mommy!" She squeals. I laugh and take her upstairs. Louis follows me and I don't mind. He deserves to be a part of the kid's childhoods and has the right to help. I love that he is helping. I start up the bath and turn to Louis. "I missed you dad." I say as I turn back and start stripping Avalyne. A huge grin spreads acrossed his face. "I missed you too sweatheart. You will have to come meet your brother sometime." He says. I grin. "You have a son?" He smiles and nods. "Jaden. He is 11." I smile. I love how we are so close in age but he is still my dad. "All the boys have kids. They are here with us including the girls. We need to get together." I smile and nod then feel the water. Once I feel its warm enough I let it fill up then place Avalyne in the tub. "Can you watch her while I go pick out her pajamas and a towel?" I ask. Louis nods and I pat his back as I walk out. I come back in and hand them Minnie Mouse pjs. Avalyne loves Minnie and Mickey. Louis slips them on her and picks her up. She wraps her small arms around his neck. "I wuv you papa." She says, I think melting mine aand Louis's hearts.

        "When are you guys going home?" I ask sitting down next to Micheal. Harry glances at Micheal and glares a little then answers my question. "two months." I smile. "And your kids are with you?" The boys nod and I grin. "You need to bring them tomorrow." I blow my hair out of my face. "We will. The girls will be oh so happy to see you." I smile and clap my hands together. I can't wait.
