It was dark, I was feeling so many emotions.  But one of those emotional feelings were fear.  I was scared because I didn't want to be caught, I ran away and I wasn't going back. I'm currently in a ditch hiding from my good for nothing father who is frantically calling my name, searching for me. Little did he know I wasn't going back, my home wasn't a home without my mother. My mother had left due to my father's behavior,  his nasty behavior.  When I couldn't hear my father's rants about me, I decided to get put of my spot and run. I ran as far as my legs would allow me too, I ended up at a park. "Great" I thought, I'm at a park at night.  Nothing can go wrong, after a while I leaned against I tree. I was quite relaxed, until I felt a arm slip around me and a cold medal against my head.

"Give me one good damn reason, why I shouldn't shoot you" the boy said with a big grin.

His teeth were sharp, like a shark almost. I wasn't afraid to turn around, I didn't mind if he acually was to shoot me. I started to laugh, really hard. Tears were almost able to fall out over my fits of laughter. The man was confused by her fit, he became aggressive and put his finger above the trigger.

"What the hell are you laughing for, I'm about to take your life?" He groaned.

"Go ahead bastard, shoot me. Go and take my life. The world is only full of sick bastards like you anyways, so pull the damn trigger already" she screamed.

"Oh..." was all he could respond to her meaningful words.

"Go ahead. Take your shot, your going to get away with it anyway." She yelled.

All he could do was grin, bearing his sharp teeth at her. Her eyes widened,  why in the hell would he suddenly just smile? Couldn't he pull the damn trigger? His head went down to her neck, and he whispered something in her ear.

"I'm just doing what I do best, I am a criminal yunno."

"if you not going to shoot me, what the hell do you want?!" She groaned.

"My my, not smart are we tiny tits?" She grunted in annoyance from her new 'nickname'.

She turned around to walk, even though she had nobody to go to, no where exactly to be. She just wanted to get aways from him, to at least be alone. It was exactly the reason she ran away in the first place,  to work on her own without any man whores. She only took a few steps before he caught her arm.

"It's quite rude to walk away during a conversation,  and I can't let you go. Not after what just happened. And I'm not going to kill you, it's no fun when they don't try to run away." He said.

She thought about it for a while, thinking. She did have no place to go, so should she go with him? Living with a criminal,  would that be so bad?  Oh well what does she have to lose, after are she was homless.

"Then take me with you." She blurted out, a little too fast.

A smirk formed upon his face, and his white hair and red eyes mysteriously glowed. Maybe he liked the idea? Or maybe he was some creepy man whore who wanted to get into her pants, just like her father's friends did.

"Well, tiny tits looks like you gotta brain after all. Follow me to your new home." He announced grabbing her forcefully.

She followed behind him, regretting every step she took. She wasn't going to lie to herself,  he was fine as fuck. But he was a bit on the odd ball side, being a criminal?  Was that the best job he could think of, for being 16!? She was snapped out of her thoughts by two words.

"Hop on." He said, he was on top of a motorcycle. It looked totally badass, and maka took no time to jump on the back. She hesitantly wrapped her arms around him.

They drove for what seemed about hours, until they stopped in the middle of nowhere.  She was surrounded by woods, until she saw a little cottage.

"Welcome home." He announced giving her a cocky grin.

"Whatever, don't be surprised if you wake up and I'm fucking gone." She mumbled to herself.

As they entered the small area, she noticed their was only one bedroom,  a kitchen and a living room with a bathroom. He tossed his gun upon the couch and pulled out a cigarette, smoking in the middle of the damn place.

"Don't be surprised if it's small, I'm a criminal.  I don't exactly expect 'uninvited' company" he said holding his cigarette with his lips.

"Where will I sleep?" she asked putting her hands on her hips annoyed.

He looked around,  and pointed to the only  bedroom.  Which made her gulp, she felt so violated just standing their.

"With you? No way in hell!" She screamed.

"Are you alright?  Why do you think I'm gonna rape you,  why would I rape a B cup like you. I do admit you have a nice face, and some damn fine legs" he said taking a wiff out of the cigarette, checking her out.

She huffed and made her way to the door, opening it she saw his room. It's very messy, but she noticed a small piano. The room was very large for a cottage it took half the place really. clothes were scatter upon the floor, she didn't mind though. It's not like her old room was any better. She was slightly startled by the man jumping on the bed.

"by the way tiny tits, my name is soul. Soul 'eater' evans." He said as he tossed the cigarette not giving any shits.

"I'm maka, maka albarn" she said.

She laid on the bed, and saw that soul had already fell asleep.  This was going to be her new life. living with a criminal,  well what can I say.
