'whats hell?' Dj once heard a human ask during a history lesson, the answer, which was normal for all humans to think or reply to that question is 'a place where demons live' or something along the lines of that but to Dj it was different, a bit too different for the answers given
"a place to call home" Dj thought when the question was asked remembering the last time she was there
"why do humans look like this?" Phelina asked twirling her light brown hair as she looked at herself in the mirror studying her look, a bright green dress which went down to her knees and knee-high brown boots and black jacket
"cuz they are supposed to look weird and similar at the same time" her little sister Dj laughed sarcastically as she strolled into the room
"even though this kinda suits me" Dj stated shrugging and Phelina almost face palmed when she saw her sister: thigh high black leather boots, short black shorts, a black crop top and a black leather jacket with her long dark brown hair tumbling down her sholders
"i cant say no to that BUT IM OLDER WHY DO YOU LOOK OLDER" Phelina laughed and Dj just shrugged and ran ouy of the room and came back dragging 2 boys behind her one in each hand
"let me go" the one on the left whined
"shut up Kyle"Dj said bluntly and shoved him onto the ground
"Lucas this is what will happened if you dont suck it up k" Dj laughed and Phelina laughed along when she saw the terrified look his face
"uh ok will do" Lucas said tremmbling
"im not that scary am i?" Dj asked putting a red and white bandanna on to hold back her hair
"now you dont but when you use your magic or transform you look scary"said a voice from the door and they saw one of the guards there
"i thought i looked cute"Dj muttered leaving the room with Phelina close behind her leaving Lucas and Kyle to try on some of the clothes in the room
"hey Dj" Phelina said softly as they reach the castle doors
"let me guess, your wondering about when we will come back" Dj smiled
"you have a habit of reading peoples minds Dj try not to do that as much" Phelina laughed and Dj just shrugged and left with her older sister by her side
"i wonder what her problem is" Dj heard someone whisper to the person next to them which brought her back to her senses
"yeah shes just been staring at the board i dont even think she has been writing anything" the other one whispered
"OI JACKIE NO TALKING" the teacher snapped
"Jackie and Rachel were talking" Dj muttered and when she added a second part things went down hill for those two "and i think they were saying rude stuff about me am i right or am i right"
"JACKIE AND RACHEL DETENTION FOR BOTH OF YOU AND I WILL BE CALLING YOUR PARENTS ABOUT HOW YOU HAVE BEEN TREATING THE NEW GIRL" the teacher snapped with anger in his voice
"sorry Mr Asrend" Jackie and Rachel said at the same time
"ok now can anyone answer the question on the board" Mr Asrend asked while writing it on the board who was the one that sealed Lacorus away 500 years ago
"history is too easy" Dj thought as she raised her hand as soon as she saw the question
"yes new girl" Mr Asrend said pointing and nodding towards her
"it was Phelina and because of that act this town is now named after her so no one will forget her heroic act" Dj answered
"more depth than i thought but never the less yes you are correct" Mr Asrend said writing down her answer on the board
"now can you also answer this True or False question? Mr Asrend asked as he wrote down Phelina still alive
"THATS EASY WHO WILL BE ALIVE AFTER 500 YEARS" Felix called out laughing
"Phelina isnt alive because she sacrificed herself to save the town" Dj muttered just loud enough for everyone to hear
"you are quite knowledgeable" Mr Asrend stated writing her answer down on the board
"its almost like she was there or something" Mr Asrend thought as Dj read his mind and ignored all the murmurs as the bell went for recess
"i dont feel like eating then again i dont really need food" Dj thought as she picked up her stuff and left moving around everyone so she wouldnt but into anyone
"hey" said a guy behind Dj and she turned around and saw one of the guys in her class behind her making sure she couldnt move anywhere
"what do you want Mike" Dj muttered
"i want something to eat" Mike replied liking his lips eyeing her slowly and Dj acted out of pure instinct
"CREEP ALERT" Dj yelled kicking him in the stomach sending him flying into the wall
"too creepy for my liking" Dj said sweetly while smiling innocently while putting her stuff in her locker and when she shut it and turned around she saw everyone looking at Mike and then at her again and again
"the new girl did that" someone said surprised with a shocked look on their face
"he was being a creep" Dj said and walked outside ignoring all the looks she was getting and sat down on an out of the way bench wondering if she messed up or did a good thing
