I was currently standing with Chiron, Dionysus, and Sally as the campers were preparing for their game. Side note is that I've seen Sally training with some campers. Not as a fighter or support for them, but to build up her stamina to help around camp. She was now a LVL 20.
I decided to not participate in it, mainly because I'm too strong for them. Another reason was so I can scope out any demigods that I haven't met stand out among them.
Unfortunately, only a select few actually been worth notice.
Silena Beauregard, daughter of Aphrodite. She was pretty much the only child of the love Goddess that was actually participating, but she was mainly support. A solid LVL 25.
Clarrise La Rue, daughter of Ares. Currently the leader of one of the teams. LVL 35.
Luke Castellen, son of Hermes. Currently the strongest member of one of the teams. LVL 40.
Andromeda was actually suprising as she went up to a good LVL 23 thanks to her training.
But the person who suprised me the most was the one standing right next to me.

Kassandra, daughter of Ares. Chiron had told me that she was a actual descendent of the Spartan King, Leonidas. One of the most iconic figures in mortal history. She was somewhat of a Maverick Demigod. Meaning she didn't really play by the rules and did things her own way. Honestly it also through me off guard that she was a daughter of Ares, instead of Aphrodite, considering her beauty. She's also the strongest Demigod in the whole camp, aside from me. LVL 80
Apparently she just returned from a job involving some cult lead by a demigod trying to take control of the world. It wasn't a actual quest, so no real timetable, in which she took her time dealing with the cultists. She also said that the cult had a rather large amount of dracmae.
Telling me that either A: They had there hands in many businesses connected to the Greek world, or B: They had the backing of someone important. And considering Kronos popping up in my dreams, I'm pretty sure he had something to do with this now dead cult.
Need to talk to dad about that later...
My musings were interrupted by Kassandra "Are you listening!?" She shouted at me. I looked at her and shook my head "No. But does it have anything to do with the game?" She glared at me but nodded "It is. Which team do you think will likely win?" I answered easily "Blue. Sure, red team has the strength and size, but blue has the numbers, skilled fighters, ranged, and strategy. Not to mention because many of the gods fucking standards, Hermes cabin is filled with diverse demigods that could suprise the opponents." Out of nowhere the sky rumble angrily, but I ignored it.
Why should I care? He can't do shit to me at the moment thanks to his wife being my patron.
I noticed that the others looked slightly nervous do to my 'indirect' insult towards the gods.
