Heaven V.S. Hell (with the help from the Avengers and Loki)

Chapter 14

(Ira's POV)

"An angel...." Loki says finishing Clint's statement calmly. I grab Loki's hand and squeeze gently, silently thanking him. He looked at me and nodded. 

"Welp..." Tony stated "This is awkward..."

"An angel?" Thor questions.

"Yes an angel." Odin answers

"And not just any angel. She is the most powerful angel in all of the nine realms. More powerful than all of us combined." Michael praises. I blush a little. 

"Whoa..." Bruce says. 

"Nine realms? You mean the nine realms that we know of?" Thor asks. I nod.

"Yes Thor." I say standing up. "The leaders of the nine realms have come together today to discuss the topic of war. But first I want to introduce to you all who each of the leaders are. Nicholas Fury here, he is your leader for Midgard. Morgan, but you all know her as Agent Maria Hill, is leader of the faeries." Nodding towards Nick and Morgan. Extending my arm toward Odin and Frigga  I continue "Odin and Frigga are the leaders of Asgard. Laufey is the leader of Jotunheim. Aradia is the leader of the realm of witches and wizards. Vladmir is of the vampires and Van Helsing is of the werewolves. My brother Michael is the leader of the Angels. And my other brother, Lucifer is of the Underworld or hell." The avengers stood for a while soaking up the information. 

"So then what are you?" Steve asks.

"I am the leader of this council and of everything these leaders control." I answer.

"Now, if you wish," Laufey begins. "You avengers may sit down and we need to continue about discussing the topic of war and Lillith." The avengers nod and sit down. 

"Your highness," Aradia starts " In light of recent events, we must gather our men and begin a plan of attack."

"I agree." I say "We shall gather as much as we can and prepare."

"We must also have a strategy to get rid of her as well." Loki adds

"Ira, Loki," Lucifer says "You two are not going to fight."

"What?!" Loki and I exclaim

"I don't think you two should fight at all. Lillith already tried to kill you Ira, we don't want to risk your safety." Vladmir declares. Everyone murmurs their agreements. 

"Wait hold on! Lillith tried to kill you?" Loki asks. I nod. "But how? We were with you the hold time! The only way she can get to you is through your-" Loki stopped realizing how. 

"Through her what Loki?" Odin asks. Van Helsing gasps.

"Her dreams." he says. 

"That would explain why she was thrashing around last night." Natasha adds.

"My liege," Nicholas starts "I don't think you should-"

"No." I state raising my hand to silence everyone. "I want to fight. This is my throne she is fighting for. And I will do everything to protect it." Everyone knew they couldn't dissuade me, so they nodded their heads.

"Me too." Loki says. Laufey looks at him for a while and then nods.

"But we want you two to both know your majesties," Morgan said "that we will do anything and everything in our power to keep you two safe." Loki and I nodded and sighed. 

I'm really not liking that they are calling us majesties and liege.

Me either Angel. They are our elders and yet they set us on top. 

Pinching the bridge of my nose, I take a deep breath. 

"Can I ask you guys something?" I ask.

"Anything my queen" Odin says

"Would you guys stop calling us through formalities. We are your equal, not your superiors." I say

"Just call us Loki and Ira. No need for the Sir and the Lady." Loki states.

"Whatever you say your highness." Vladmir says. Loki rolls his eyes. 

"We've been telling you guys this for many centuries and yet you still don't listen." Loki says shaking his head.

"Wait centuries?" Tony chirped.

"Yes metal man. They are immortal beings." Loki says

"Even Nick here?" Steve asks Loki nods. I wanted to add something but I something move in the corner of my eye. I turn and see Lillith standing with two other demons. I gasp. Everyone stopped talking and turns to the direction I was looking at. Frigga gasped. Laufey stood up and growled.

"Lillith." Michael says.

"Hello Michael, Lucifer." Lillith says nodding. They snarl towards her.

"What do you want Lillith?" Aradia questioned. Lillith pointed towards me. 

"You'll have to get through us first." Nicholas says standing up. Everyone stood up ready to fight. Lillith rolled her eyes. She nodded at the demons. The demons lunged towards Van Helsing and Morgan. Both were able to get rid of them. 

"Is that it?" Vladmir asked.  Lillith laughed. The remains of the demons grew, multiplying in numbers. Now there were 4 of them. Again they were disposed but they again grew back, this time 16 of them. Loki held my hand and squeezed it.

"Angel, let's go" he whispers. I nod and he stands up. I try to get up from my seat, but I couldn't somehow I was glued to my seat. I started to panic. Loki looked at with a confused expression. Lillith chuckled. We all looked at her. 

"No way. You are not escaping me this time." she says darkly. I shiver. Lillith barked orders at the demons. The demons lunged towards the council, holding them all by their neck. Loki was taken away from me and was being held by a demon. I started to really freak out. 

Loki! What do I do!

Don't fret Angel. Everything is going to be alright.

I'm scared.

I know Angel. 

My arms were moving to rest on the arm rests on both sides of the chair. I tried to move but I couldn't budge. I struggled harder as I saw Lillith approach me. She had a long white dress on. Her blonde hair was flowing freely. My heart beat escalated as she got closer. Lucifer struggled against the demon. Lillith was in front of me leaning down to eyes level. Her ice cold blue eyes with my blue ones.

"Don't you dare touch her!" Loki yells struggling against the demon. I saw everyone trying to fight against their captors. It was no use. They were to strong. I knew what was going to happen. This is where I leave. I looked at Lillith with determination. 

"You will not win this." I state coldly.

"Oh but I already have." she simply answers. She extends her right hand back, fingers pointing towards me. "I want you all to see this!" Lillith announces. With that she drove her hand straight through my chest. Pain seared through my body as I felt Lillith grab my beating heart. I look at her and cough a bit. My blood staining her white dress. 

"NO!!!!" Loki bellowed. 

"Oh my gosh Ira!" Natasha shrieks. I cough again splaying more blood on Lillith. 

"Please stop!!" Vladmir shouts. I turn to Loki, his eyes glazed with tears. I watched him as Lillith tore my heart out off my chest. I felt blood seeping through my clothes. 

"IRA!!!" Laufey yells. 

"Oh no..." Morgan whispers

"This can't be happening.." Nicholas gawks. Staring at Loki at muster all my strength and smile towards him.

I love you Loki. I say to him. The last thing I see before I fade into darkness was Loki on his knees crying his heart out.
