Chapter 7

Fred's P.O.V...
I smiled as my family clapped but it faded. "Fred? Whats the matter?" Bill asked. My eyes widened in shock. "DOWN!!" I screamed and everyone dropped to the floor as spells started flying around. Bill casted up a protection charm over us. I saw mum, dad and Charlie had dropped their wands and didn't notice. I grabbed Dad's wand and stood up, as did Percy and George. We helped Bill and soon the deatheaters left. Mum, Dad and Charlie hugged the three of us, through I didn't think I deserved it, so I pulled away from Charlie, who was hugging me. He looked at me confused. "I hadn't done much Charlie." I mumbled, handing Dad back his wand. Charlie sighed. "Fred why-" "Drop it Charlie!" I yelled. I flinched when a hand was placed on my shoulder. "I'm not gonna hurt you if that's what you think." A voice said. "George why would you say that? Who would hurt Fred?" Mum asked. I shrugged off George's hand and looked at Mum.  "It's nothing Mum. George is just being a dumbass." I said, shocking everyone. "Language Frederick!!" I  looked her dead in the face and said, "Piss off." Before walking to the fireplace. "I grabbed the floo powder and yelled, "GRIMMRALD PLACE!" dropping the powder into the fireplace. I walked out of the fireplace in Grimmrald Place. I sat on the couch and began to cry. "Fred? Whats the matter?" My head shot up and I saw Tonks, Sirius and Remus in the living room with me. I shook my head and cried harder as Tonks walked over to me. She kneeled in front of me and hugged me. "Fred you can talk to us. I nodded as Remus walked back in and handed me a cup of tea. He and Sirius sat on either side of me, Tonks still in front of me. I took the tea with shaky hands and explained what happened. Tonks hugged me again. "You did a good thing Fred. You deserved the hug, even if you don't think so." Remus said with a smile on his face. "Now why don't you get some sleep okay?" Tonks said softly. "We'll be here when you wake up okay?" She promised.  I nodded and snuggled into a blanket Sirius handed me. I soon fell asleep.
