Tragic Love Chapter 1

    "I love you," he whispered into his cellphone. Nothing but music and the rustle of papers returned his affection. "I said I love you. Did you hear me?" at the other side of the phone he heard a deep voice. "If you ever want to see her again you must give me ten thousand dollars or ELSE!!...There was a moment of silence. He then heard her shrieking "Jordyn don't do it! I'll be fine." Jordyn yelled at the phone screaming. "I'll find a way to save you Cara!" The call ended and he heard a loud beep. He yelled "CARA! CARA! PLEASE ANSWER ME!" Nothing came out,He threw the phone on the ground. "Crack!" the screen broke. A picture flew out of them on their visit to the mall. He picked it up with watery eyes and had a flashback of that trip. Meanwhile Cara was shoved into a secret cabin cell in the middle of the forbidden forest only to stare out the window and sob. Cara looks up at the stars and remembered what Jordyn told her. "Where ever you are I will always be watching the same moon as you." Cara whispers to herself "I love you Jordyn" They both looked at the moon and felt closer than ever. After an hour of crying she collapsed on the floor devastated and sniffling. While Jordyn fills with hate and wanting to seek revenge "Cara I will save you no matter what happens to me, even if it kills me!" he says to the moon. They both looked at the past to help the present or whatever they were doing at that moment. Cara leaned against the cold concrete wall and said to the moon; "Remember when we were kids and we played boys chase girls around the playground?" Cara giggles thinking about it. She somehow knew what Jordyn had replied to her as he knew what she had asked. "Yes. How much time do I have?" was what she heard. "Three days" she replies. As the moon disappears into the moist fog Cara thought about him as much as he did about her. Cara thinks to herself, "Oh how I miss your emerald eyes and how your hair glows in the sun; that dirty blond stain in your hair always makes me smile, while your gentle voice soothes my heart." She takes a deep breath and lays down on an uncomfortable straw bed. Meanwhile Jordyn thinks about their summer vacation while lying in his bed. (Flashback) It was late summer and Cara was tanning in the sun while Jordyn swam in the pool. "Cara?"he says. "Huh?" she replies. "Get your butt over here!!" he jokes. "Jordy don't you see I'm busy" she says to him. "I have a surprise for you", he says."Fine," she says annoyed yet suspicious. Cara heads towards the edge of the pool expecting him to push her in so she turns around to see behind her. Next thing she knows she's falling into the pool. Cara screams when falling in and when she surfaces she sees everyone is laughing at her. "Jordy!!!" she yells. Jordyn laughs hysterically before being pushed into the water. SPLASH!! he goes under and when he surfaces Cara smirks at him happy with what she had done. "Oh,you asked for it girly!" he says, "No, YOU asked for it!" she replies. Cara splashes Jordyn with a huge wave of water. "ARG", he says looking at her. Cara quickly realizes she had made a mistake and quickly put on her goggles and swam away as fast as she could. "OH, HO HO, your trying to run!" he says. "OK, two can play this game!" Jordyn starts swimming after her only to find out she is much faster than him. "She has won eleven blue ribbons in swim team, so I'm dealing with a pro," he thinks. There is only one way to take her down, Dive!!" he says out loud. Jordyn runs towards the diving board and take a giant dive. Cara in the meantime gets lifted out of the water unexpectedly and screams in realization that he caught her. "HA, told you I can play like that too!" he tells her. The memory fades away as Jordyn falls asleep.
