That is what the video said. My eyes were bulging out of my skull as I watched myself do my solo. Carmen watched over my shoulder as I watched in pure awe. Before I could watch any further, Carmen stole my phone, and she read the comments. "Dude, Ellen Degeneres wants you on her show! She said that this is one of the best dance solos she's ever seen!!!" She yelled. I was in a state of shock. It was so bad that I couldn't even process what was going on.
My cousin, Grace, she texted me in glee and started yelling through cyberspace, "BLAIR, YOU HAVE TO GO. WHAT IF YOU MEET THE BOYS??" She screamed at me through the phone. Her comment made me smile. I had dreamed of meeting V for years, ever since I saw them live for their Wings tour. Everyone said that my crush was weird since he was Korean, but that didn't matter. I left the venue for the contest, and I went back to the hotel to pack to go meet Ellen.
That interview changed my life.
