My roommate's son is two and sometimes he will say in broken English, "The man, the man!" And then point to his closet.
Other times he will tell us when he wakes up, he's scared because of "the man".
Everyone us usually asleep when I leave for work early in the morning , but one morning, the child woke up around the same time I did.
He came and found me in the kitchen and started saying something about "the man" again.
I questioned him about it and then he said "the boy". I asked him to show me and he took my hand and led me to his game room.
As we stood there in the seemingly endless darkness, he paused and looked back and forth real quick. He said in a hushed whisper, "Shhhhh. What was that?"
I told him it was the sound of me getting the hell out of there.
Lol. I know these are stupid and short, but they'll get way better I promise
