Chapter Thirteen: Dante's Plan

Hello everyone Darnell here. Before this chapter starts I wanted to say I'm really sorry for not posting any chapters for a while. You fellow readers have been waiting way too long for this chapter and deserve better. I'll try to improve on how fast I can publish new chapters for you guys. But a little while you'll more than likely have to put up with my poor upload times. Since the next chapter will be the end of season 1 there won't be any more Chapters for a few weeks.

(Brody's P.O.V)
After Dante explained to us how we three were gonna get out of this hellhole he had us collect some weapons and materials to escape in a gigantic breakout. We managed to reach the objective and were facing a lot of guards. Though we managed to get our hands on their auto rifles and their pistols.

*FlashBack*

Dante: "Alright were back in our cell now.."

Dante then pulls out the very device he was working on this morning.

Y/n: "So are you going to tell us what that thing does or not?"

Dante: "It's a hacking/communication device that I've been cooking up ever since I was sent here last year.."

Brody: "So you've been here before?"

Y/n: "How'd you escape? They send prisoners off to god knows where and they don't come back so why didn't you?"

Dante: "Oh it was easy, I'm just doing the same thing the first guy did when he broke me and the rest of the prison out"

Brody: "So what did HE do then?"

Dante: "Well..it all began..."

*FlashBack*

Present Dante: "So as you two know. Last year I was sent here in this very prison, I'd rather not tell you why exactly I'm I was there before because it'll take too long. But basically long story short I was involved in some gang business which caught the attention of HIM"

Y/n: "Who? Strange?"

Present Dante: "Yeah him"

Present Dante: "I sat in the corner of the room. Away from my roommates. Jake and Connor who were having an argument about if this guy we're going to help them break out of here"

Brody: "Who's the heck is them?"

Present Dante: "They were my roommates in this hell for a while until we broke out"

Jake: "Ragh! This is hopeless!! Darnell just isn't coming back!"

Connor: "Calm down Jake! Darnell will show up..just give him more time."

Jake: "More time? MORE Time?!"

Present Dante: "Jake then proceeds to bang his hand off the wall in anger which even scared me even though he was on the other side of the room"

Jake: "Connor! I'm telling you! We don't have any time left! We're next on Hugo's list to be sent off!"

Connor: "I know. Darnell is on his way. If not then the just finishing the final touches on the destabiliser.

Jake: "Oh! And that destabiliser too! He's been making us run around ALL across this stinking prison just so he'll "Build a device that can destabilise the force shields and deactivate it granting our powers back" load..of..bullshit!"

Y/n: "Wait-wait-wait-wait. The plan was to break out of the cells and deactivate the reactor somehow not get caught doing it?"

Present Dante: "One. It wasn't my idea. Two I know sounds stupid, right? And Three there's no other way out you know that right?"
