Your POV

"You're going to be my assistant!! Welcome to the squad, miss (l/n)!!!"

You were taken back when he repeat those words to you with his squad. You can't believe you've been accepted being an investigator and the greatest part of all, you are the second assistant of this crazy man. You can't wait to tell to your mom the great news. But then, the nervousness started.

You bowed again ready for the greetings you always practicing.

"N-Nice to meet you all!!!!! I'm (Full name), (age) years old!! I-I h-hope we'll get along!"

You stood up straight as you pulled out your hand infront of them. The first who greeted you was the partner of Juuzou. He had a long black haired.

"Hi, miss (l/n)! I'm Hanbee Abara! If you needed something. Just let me know."

He shake your hand gently as a creepy smile crawled on your face making him looked at you weirdly.

And the rest of them greeted you. (A/n: cause I don't know their names only Hanbee lol.)

You felt someone patted your head as you turned around to face it...........

It was Arima-san. You nervously smiled at him.

"S-Sir Arima!!"

You said to the white haired man. He smiled at you and congratulate you.

"(L/n). Congratulations you've passed. Getting nervous?"

You nodded in reply. You lower your head. As Juuzou patted you to looked at him.

"Don't worry, (Y/n)! I'll be here when you needed help!"

You smiled at the two as you bowed again for the third time. "Th-Thank you for accepting me!!!"

They smiled at you and the rest of the day you forgot the birthday of your father so you headed home.

As you were walking down the street you sang happily when you notice someone was following you so you turned your heels around but saw nothing. You shrugged it off but something on your head saying it might be dangerous so you started heading faster and as your reached your house you open the door.

"Mom?"

You closed the door and walked to the hallway. Lights are on but it was dead silence.

"I'm home!"

You peeked through the kitchen and saw your mom who was sleeping on the table as you sat down next to her. She open her eyes seeing you. She smiled.

"Welcome home, dear! I made this!"

She pointed to the table and you saw the dinner. It was a home made (whatevs you want) and sweets.

You smile happily and tell her the good news. She was so happy and so proud of you. Now, your day was good enough to sleep well. You even told her about Juuzou and the squad and of course, Arima-san. You said they're making you nervous so your mother teased you.

This day was one of your greatest day.
