The dance: was not the... worst but not the best. As a basically professional gossiper and collecter-of gossip, I heard some pretty juicy stuff. For example, Betty was dancing with Archie..which btw, just no. Anyways, they were dancing and then Betty said something around the lines of "we should be a couple" or whatever? Personally, that is a disaster waiting to happen, but in truth, I don't particularly care for "couples". I also spotted Archie and Mrs Grundy having a..what looked to be a deep set and intense conversation. I thought for..only a moment that maybe they.... Ugh it's such a stupid thought I don't even want to write it, and then right away it was wiped from my mind because come on. As if. I was looking around the place. Seeing my brothers photos around, really hit home. I missed Jay Jay. He used to love dances. And he would've loved this one. Anyways mummy dearest is calling so I better stop writing and hide this book so she doesn't throw it in the trash.
