"Mom, David locked himself in the bathroom and I want to shower!" Abi wailed.
"David, get your ass out of the bathroom! Your sister wants to take a shower" Lucy yelled angrily.
"I'm also taking a shower. She should go and take a shower in the sewage drain outside." David mocked.
"David Jones, I'm busy making your breakfast. If I come up those stairs to get you out of that bathroom having to leave this breakfast, you had better pray that Telvin Jones; may his beautiful soul continue resting in peace, is looking down on you because I'll break every little bone of yours into a whole lot of pieces and have you for breakfast instead. Now get out of that bathroom or your sister will be late!"
"Okay fine... fine... fine Mrs. Jones. Dad left me with the responsibility of taking care of you ladies so let me be a gentleman" David said as he unlocked the bathroom door. As soon he came out, Abigail jumped on his back and started punching him wherever she could reach.
"Ouch! That hurts you knuckle head." He said as he used his hands to shield off her powerless punches.
"How dare you lock yourself in the bathroom? I am running late because of you, idiot" she punched him with every word she said.
"Yes, yes little sis. I do not know what I was thinking but you being late would be perfect. Instead of using half of the ten minutes you have left to hit me, you better run into the shower. Now be a good little girl, get off of big brother and go take a shower, okay?" David said smugly knowing very well how furious Abi gets when he calls her his little sister and treats her like a little girl. She gave him a furious glare and stomped her way into the bathroom for a quick shower. She only had a few minutes left so she made a mental note to deal with David later on her own level. She finally finished and rushed down for breakfast before their mom dropped them off at school.
The day went by smoothly without any drama and Kendra and Abi hung out together as agreed upon the previous night. Lucy came to pick Abi up while David stayed for practice since he had a soccer match in a week's time.
The rest of the week was peaceful and it passed by pretty fast and as the week went by Abi and KC became almost inseparable.
"Hey, how come our brothers are both in the soccer A team but we have never met each other's brothers?" KC asked out of curiosity.
"Yeah, and how come I don't even know your brother's name huh?" Abi agreed.
"I don't know yours either. Jayden Cruz. Tell me?" KC said.
"David Jones" Abi replied.
"Oh my gosh! Theeeeeeee David Jones?" Kendra screeched.
"Hell no, just David Jones"
"One of the hottest guys in school? O.M.G your brother is sooo cool!!! He's new but he is already making it big with the ladies. You should introduce me please?" Kendra begged.
"Calm down KC. It is just David for godsake you don't have to act like a thirsty bitch. I can more than introduce you"
"It's not just David... It's David Jones we're talking about here" KC said excitedly.
Abi rolled her eyes and looked at KC like she was crazy or something then she spoke. "Uhmm yeah, my twin brother, now cut it."
"You mean you guys are twins? So you can like communicate telepathically and stuff?" Kendra looked at Abi wide eyed.
"Oh yeah, yes we can. I can also summon him to come here. Like it's a total twin thing you know? We only have one heart and brain so we kinda have the same thoughts and feelings too. I can read his thoughts and feelings and so can he" Abi said sarcastically. She was beginning to think that KC had some sort of mental illness. First of all she seemed to be attracted to her annoying twin brother and is going on like he is some sort of celeb and secondly, who just assumes that the word telepathic goes hand in hand with twin? She rolled her eyes and mentally shook her head in amusement.
