Two weeks later, two days till my birthday

It's been two weeks that I am Jaemin's girlfriend. But I don't see him as my boyfriend, I only see him as a really good and close friend. All these weeks Lucas was ignoring my, and that made me torture myself.

Now I am going to the cafe, because Jaemin texted me,that he has something important to tell me. When I went inside the cafe, and I saw Jaemin waiting for me. He didn't hug me, what he usually does. He looked really nervous.

Y/n: Hi

Jaemin: Hi

Y/n: What happened, you look really nervous.

Jaemin: I have to confess to you.

Y/n: I have to confess to you too.

Jaemin: Soo, maybe you can start?

Y/n: No, you said first that you have to confess something.

Jaemin: Ok... I want to break up, because I don't see you as my girlfriend. I'm not saying that I found someone else, I just see you as my friend. I'm really sorry, now it's your turn.

He said it really quickly and that made me confused. After I figured it out, I widened my eyes and looked and him, he looked really scared.

Y/n: I wanted to say the same thing, that I see you only as a good friend.

Jaemin sighted dramatically.

Jaemin: And I taught it will be harder. I was really scared, because I taught that when we would broke up, we couldn't be friends. And I don't want for that to happen.

Y/n: I was scared, of that too. Best friends?

I stretched out my hand.

Jaemin: Best friends!

He took my hand, pulled my and hugged me. I laughed at his behaviour.

Y/n: That now we are best friends, I have to confess something else.

Jaemin: Go on, best friend.

He said it happily, and made me laugh really hard.

Y/n: Remember when I said that I and Lucas got in a fight?

Jaemin: Yeah

Y/n: That day Lucas confessed to me.

I made a pause.

Jaemin: What did he confess?

Y/n: That he likes my as a girlfriend.

Jaemin: Wasn't that few days after he came to US. How is that possible?

He looked confused and shocked.

Y/n: He was my best friend, for more than two years. We were texting and video chatting every day, but we never met in person before.

Jeamin: So, why you got in a fight?

Y/n: Like you said, it was only few day after we met each other in person. And, I accidentally said that I'm, tired of him, and that we cannot be together, because we are brother and sister.

Jaemin: But he is your stepbrother.

Y/n: So what?

Jaemin: Your not real brother and sister, and your not blood related.

Y/n: What about our parents?

Jaemin: If they care about you, and see that you are happy together, it will be okay. Do you like him?

Y/n: I don't think... Yes

Jaemin: So, what's the problem?

Y/n: After our fight he ignores me, like I am nothing.

Jaemin: Don't worry, I will help you.

And he hugged me.
