Why me?

"Uhm who is this" I stuttered pulling at the snagged rip on my blanket. Trying not to stutter through my words.

Xavier looked at me with squinted eyes that looked evil. He kept a straight face and made it seem like he was staring into my soul.

"Girl don't act like you don't know me" I felt chills go through my body.

"Cayson?"

"Yea mama, you know dang well you weren't going to just leave without me, ex or not you're still mines cocoa drop"

I must be trippin, did my ex just call me cocoa drop.

How did this dumb fool get my new number

"I heard you met Xavier" I heard a little chuckle from him.

"How do you even know about him? How did you even get my number? Are you stalking me" At this point I knew something was up with my new life. But why is this happening now.

"I can't explain, just know this though, you listening? I'm coming for you, think that moving away was going to keep me away from you? Think again mama." He hung up.

Xavier looked at me with his normal blue eyes that made me just want to melt all over.

"Alexis, you know you're safe with me right? You know I would never let anything happen to you"

Why do I want to fall in love with him? Why is everything happening today like this?

"Xavier? How does my mom know your dad like they are best buds? Did your dad tell you about me?"

He looked down at his phone and looked like he was about to speak but he didn't he just kept his head down. I want answers and I'm going to get them.

"Your mom is-" Without finishing his phone rang. I saw it was his dad

"What's up pops" "He better not show his face here or I'll beat him dead, I dare him to lay a hand on her." He hung up.

We looked at each other for a few moments and then he leaned into kiss me, he kissed me passionately. He cupped my face in his hand.

Why didn't you back away why did you lean in. Now you're trapped. But he's so sexy.

We pulled out of our kiss, he pulled his shoes off, and I did the same. He pulled me by my arm and made me lay down on him, cuddling me, holding me so tight.

"I wanna make you mine, I wanna make you feel good, I know that you're a virgin and I'll respect that, like Mario said "You should let me love you."

"Alexis Eliza George, will you..... let me love you?"

"Xavier Little" I looked up at him

I sighed "Yes"
