when he arrived at he amusement park, the water on his shirt had already dried up, he sighed in relieve as he went to the counter to get a ticket. he only came here for one ride actually,

the ferris wheel.

he came here with ten a bunch of times, but he never got a chance to ride the ferris wheel since ten was afraid of heights. but from now on he has the chance, so why not? he wanted to feel calm for once anyway, what can happen in a ferris wheel?

jungwoo takes his word back.

'sir, we need a minimum of two people to ride the ferris wheel, do you have anyone with you?' the person who was managing the ride said. jungwoo pouted but before he could reply another guy walked up to them.

'i can ride with him, i'm alone anyways.' the ride manager nodded before letting them both into the ride.

'thanks,' jungwoo mumbled as they sat down. the guy just smiled at him. that guys looks cute, jungwoo thought.

the ride was totally quiet and jungwoo finally felt happy as he enjoyed the view. he took out his phone and captured a few pictures, one of the pictures being the guy who was sitting infront of him, he took it without him noticing of course. he thought his day was finally going well, but when the passenger car reached the top, it suddenly stopped. the lights in the passenger car turned off and a loud voice can be heard from the bottom.

'sorry to inform that we are currently facing technical difficulties, the tech team will be arriving in about thirty minutes so we wish everyone will cooperate and stay in the passenger cars.'

'no no no.. this can't be happening,' jungwoo covered his face with his hands of let out a muffled curse.

'uhm, hey there...' the guy started talking, 'since they're facing technical issues, want to talk and know more about each other?'

jungwoo removed his hands and stared at the guy before nodding, 'yea sure.'

'cute,' the guy mumbled a little too loudly with a sheepish grin, causing jungwoo to flush a deep red, 'oh s-sorry, ha, my name is yukhei, you can call me lucas or even xuxi.'

'xuxi?' jungwoo giggled at the cute name.

'yea sounds like sushi i know, most of my relatives call me that.'

'uhm well can i call you sushi?' lucas eyes widen which made them both laugh, lucas accidentally snorting in the process, which jungwoo found really cute.

'sure, if you tell me your name though,' lucas raised his eyebrows in curiosity after the laughter had died down. he was very eager to know the other's name.

'my name is jungwoo, no one really calls me by any nickname so feel free to create one,' jungwoo replied with a grin. he doesnt know why but he felt at ease with this lucas guy, eventhough they just met today.

'can i call you junguwu?' jungwoo tilts his head a little. lucas got the note that he doesn't understand the nickname so he explained further, 'well 'cause you're really cute and i use uwu for anything cute.'

jungwoo hid his face in his palms as he nodded, he wasn't used to compliments that didn't come from his parents.

'well uhm jungwoo, this may be weird because we just met but... will you go out on a date with with me? if we get down from here alive of course haha.' lucas fiddled with the strings on his hoodie as he questioned, he was afraird the jungwoo would be weirded out.

's-sure, yea, if we get down alive' jungwoo did not hesitate with the reply eventhough he stuttered a little. after hearing that, lucas's grin grew wider than ever, he got up from the opposite side and sat down next to jungwoo, he cupped both his face with hands and left a soft kiss on jungwoo's forehead.

he then stared into his eyes, his eyes sparkled with something jungwoo could not decipher, 'we've only met today but you already stole my heart? unacceptable!' he let out a fake cry causing jungwoo to giggle.

maybe this day wasn't the worst at all.

'oh junguwu, can you let me look at the photo you took of me just now?'
