"What did you say?", he sounded shocked.

"I said, it's over. I am breaking up with you. We're no more a thing.", I said sternly.

"You can't breakup with me.", he said disbelievingly.

"You don't understand English Jayden?", I seethed,"Well, I'll repeat it. We're no more a thing. There won't be an engagement. There won't be a marriage. No, no.", I shook my head,"Let me rephrase that. There would be a marriage, but you'll be married to your actual girlfriend. Go and give her the ring, if by any chance you aren't already married to her." I spat the words at his colorless face.

I grabbed my bag and began to walk towards the door. He stopped me again and sliding my bag off my shoulder, threw it carelessly on the floor. I glared at him.

"Amara, listen to me. Please, just give me a chance. I can explain what's going on. I can't lose you again, I, I am sorry. Please, I love you and I know you love me too.", he placed his hand on my cheek. I shoved his hand away from my face.

"Yes, I love you Jayden but you don't. I can't stay with you any longer. I have to go."

"I can't let you go like that Amara. Where will you go anyway?"

"That doesn't fucking concern you.", I snapped at him.

"Amara, I am not making the same mistake again. You can't walk away from me.", he said stubbornly.

Just then an idea hit my mind. Jayden won't let me leave, I totally knew, maybe I could make my way out with a different approach.

"Jayden, just get away from me. I, I need a minute to think.", I pushed him slightly. He walked away from me eagerly, clearly thinking he'd made me re think my decision. Little did he know what I was actually about to do. Even though I couldn't help but feel a little guilty, I knew that this was the only way which would aid us in the long run.

"Just take your time Amara. I won't say a word I promise. You're not going right?"

I shook my head hesitantly. I grabbed my bag and when I noticed that Jayden was a good distance away from the bathroom door, I sprinted out of the bathroom. Quickly shutting the door, I locked it. I jogged to my suitcase and shoved my bag full of toiletries in it. Opening my cupboard, I grabbed my wallet and put it in a carry on bag pack. Jayden had finally realized what I had done, hence the loud thumping on the door. I was afraid he might break it.

"Amara, open the fucking door!", he yelled from the other side.

"Don't you run away from me. You know I'll always find my way to you even if you decide to hide in the deepest pits of the Earth." I stiffened.

"Fuck.", I cursed, I had completely overlooked that he could easily pull strings and find about my whereabouts. Ignoring him and his threats which were most definitely not empty, I zipped my suitcase and yanking it up, I started dragging it towards the door. I suddenly halted and turning on my heel, marched towards the bathroom door.

What was wrong with me?

"Amara, please stop!", Jayden was still yelling.

"Jay?", I whispered but loud enough for him to hear and let a tear fall down my cheek.

"Amara? You're still there?", he sounded completely surprised.

"I-, I."

Curse my brain for not being able to find the right words to say when I needed them. This felt just like the last time. I wiped the tears from my face.

"Jay, take care.", I said as a tear slipped from my eye and started off towards the exit.

The last thing I heard him saying was, "I love you."
