{Chapter 5} A Safe Haven, or Rotting Hell

Yes, 002 is very OP. I'm sorry, I'm being a child writing this, but at the time it was a very good idea to me, and now I have to finish it.

(Hokage's P.O.V)

     I was inside my office, watching Strelizia. I didn't want her to do things she would eventually regret, so I watched over her. Carefully. Unlike most kids, she can sense whenever I'm watching her. It's remarkable that a kid her age can do that.

     Looking inside of the crystal ball, I see a kid throw a rock at her. Than an adult throws one. I immediately stand up. I walked out of my door, and see Izumo and Kotetsu already outside my door. I walked past them and down the hall. And they followed.

     "Izumo, I want you to go get an ANBU for me. Kotetsu, you come with me. This is an important task, and I expect you to hurry Izumo." I said. This triggered them both, and they became serious. Izumo nodded his head, and bolted out of my sight. Kotetsu and I were walking at a fast pace out of the Hokage building, only to be met with Kakashi and Izumo.

     "Hokage-Sama, you wanted to see me?" Before anything could happen, you could hear screams coming from the middle of the village. I nodded my head, and we ended up walking faster to the middle of the village.

     "Alright, Kakashi. I am going to need you to do something for me." I said looking at him. "When we get there, I want you to tell me if any kind of chakra is being used. Any at all. I've had my superstitions about this girl not having chakra for a while, and I this will test my theory." I said, looking ahead to be met with a crowd of villagers just standing there, all looking the same way. I looked at Kakashi who looked at me, and we both nodded.

     It was a Genjutsu. We went inside of it, only to see the villagers horrified faces, and hear a girl who is talking about killing all of them without showing mercy.

     "Ah. Hokage. How nice of you to join us." Strelizia said. I laughed a bit, and she bursted out laughing. "BAHAHAHA! You guys are idiots." She said to the crowd of people.

     "Alright Strelizia, release the Genjutsu." I said. She did as she was told and walked off. "Come on dad! Sakura passed her first Graduation exam." She yelled over to Kizashi, to which he followed in suit. I watched as they walked off, before turning around and walking back to the my office.

     Once I was seated at my desk, Kakashi came in to deliver what he thought about the girl.

     "Hokage-Sama, that girl. Her name was Strelizia, right?" Asked Kakashi, to which I nod at. "Well, I didn't feel any chakra in the Genjutsu. None whatsoever." I nod at what Kakashi was saying and felt a bit uneasy. If she had no chakra, then Orochimaru will definitely come after her. She would be an ultimate vessel. I looked at Kakashi who was silent.

     "Kakashi, are you still up for training Strelizia?" I asked. He looked a bit confused at first, but nodded. "I need you to help her awaken her chakra. After all, we don't want him to find her." I said to which he nods at and disappears from my sight. I create a shadow clone and tell him to stay here and finish some of the papers that are piled on my desk, while I am out for a bit.

     It was already dark, and many people weren't on the streets. I sprinted past homes and people who were still on the street, leaving a trail of dust and wind behind me. I ran up on the Hokage Mountain, and walked on the ridge to get to the first's head. Pulling on a lever, a door opened and I walked through. I pick up a torch, that was conveniently lying beside the door, and walked forward.
