Today was The day that I had to Respond to the letter. Todoroki that half n half bastard.

Flash back

"Look over there it's a...baby?!"

"Humans are so cruel these days, leaving children here to die"

"It's a cute baby"

"What's going on!"

"Chief, we were taking a hike and we found a baby"

"Humans, well the only reason they would leave it here is if it was a dragon, or if they left it to die"

"Chief, he doesn't smell human"

"But not a complete dragon"

"That child is a halfling, Endeavor had a child, and humans are trying to kill it"

(Time skip to when they can both speak)

"Hey there my name is Katsuki bakugo, what's yours?"

"Shouto Todoroki"

"It's nice to meet you, do you want to have lunch with me?"

"I can't, I was told not to associate with anyone"

"Well, this could be our little secret"

"You want to disobey the council for me?!"

"Yes"

"Thank you"

Then we started hanging out, and what started as a quiet friendship became a secret relationship.

"Todoroki I have to ask you something"

"What is it Bakugo?"

"Todoroki will you...go out with me?"

"Yes, yes a million times yes!"

We started going out, then I met Deku I loved him, more than Todoroki.

But I told him that I loved another he didn't take that to well. He said he wanted to kill him, now I can't give him up.

'Dear king Todoroki,
I appreciate your offer but you see I do not wish to start war, nor do I wish to give up Midoriya.

I will have that meeting with you, try anything and I will kill all of your people. Make that a promise not a threat.

Your people might have "stronger power" but unlike your people the dragon race have been training their entire lives. Meaning we are stronger than you.

You might have his only family but look at you, you are using something you have to your advantage, instead of putting your life on the line you put someone else's life on the line.
