Fuyusagi wakes up to birds chirping, as the sun is shining through the curtains.

- It's morning...

He didn't wake me up like yesterday, huh? It's quiet, too. Did he go out?

Wondering if that's the case, she walks to the door and listens. There is no sound can be heard other than the sound of birds and wind.

She slowly opens the door, and peek outside.

I guess he really is. I'm not sure if he's stupid or confident in his people-judging skill, to the point that he left his house, having someone he just met the other day staying in it.

Hm? What's this?

She notices a bag hanging on the door handle on the outside, along with a plate of sandwiches on the floor. There's also a note that was stuck to the bag.

"These are for you. I'm going out for work. I'll be back in the evening."

She opens the bag and takes a peek inside.

It's some female clothes.

- How considerate...

So she tries them on.

- His taste isn't bad... even though his clothes were plain comparing to what he got for me...

He got her a frilly one-piece dress, some shirts, sweaters, and a few skirts. No underwear though.

I guess I can't expect him to get me undergarments...

- I'll have to bear with it for now...

She finishes her meal quickly, clean up, and decides to stroll around the house.

Outside of her room is a small hallway, having three more different doors, one on her side and two on the others. The room next to hers is another bedroom, while the two opposite ones, is a bathroom and a locked door. Fuyuusagi is curious what it is, but she thinks she shouldn't be bothered.

Out of the hall is the living room, and the kitchen.

- It's a pretty nice house... did he buy it, I wonder...? And why did he buy a house with two bedrooms? He seems to be living alone.

After taking a look around, Fuyuusagi goes back to her room and spend the rest of the days reading books.

She thought about going outside, but her hand freezes the moment she got close to the front door.

It reminds her of the world outside.

It reminds her of that event.

She decided that it's better to stay inside.

*clack*

Times flies by quickly, she was extremely into the stack of books she's reading, she doesn't even notice Kenji when he comes home.

- Hm? You're letting the door open?

He walks by the door, noticing that the bedroom door is open.

Fuyuusagi looks up, notices the guy in front of the room.

- Ah. Aaahh...

She starts to sweat a little, her fear is kicking in once again, not to the point of her panicking, but still enough to make her feel uneasy.

- Sorry, let me close it for you...

So he did. But he still has something he wants to ask her, so he's not going back to his room yet, but standing outside of the room, on the other side of the door.
