"Now... Talk."

Killua's voice echoed inside the bell tower. A deadly silence followed after.

The fangirls could only cower in fear. One wrong word and they knew what would happen. It would be death.

"I'm sorry. We didn't mean to!  S-she only ordered us to!" One of the girls came forward and instantly kneeled  after saying it.

The assassin eyed her. His bloodlust wasn't fading, not even in the slightest bit.

"What are you talking about." His voice echoed once again. It was as if venom was dripping from his tongue.

"You came here out of your own accord. You were with her. She didn't ordered you. You followed her because you wanted to do the same thing... Am I right?" He suddenly said.

The girls gulped and sweat trickled down the sides of their faces.

It was useless. He has seen through everything. He was mad and to make it more evident,  the sound that came from Cecil's body dropping to the ground gripped the hearts of the fangirls who were with her.

Cecil was only unconscious. But she was as good as dead. The girls knew. They all knew.

They couldn't answer Killua's question.

He was right. And he was already giving them reasons why he has to do what he has to do.

He took a step forward. Every footstep he made echoed throughout the bell tower as if it was a warning.

He could walk to them, unheard. He could. But he didn't want to. These people aren't even worthy to see such a form of the simplest assassination techniques.

They were only normal girls. Normal girls who would attack a single girl and even gang up on her.

The thought infuriated him.

These normal girls were bullies. And he hated bullies the most.

He had experienced a lot of things and was involved almost all the time with them. Because he was actually bullied in that Hunter Academy.

He was ganged up a lot of times. But he had always won.

They would rob him of his meals. But he can survive without food for how many weeks. They would try to beat him up, but he would always vanish in front of their eyes, completely undetected. They would try to isolate him, but he didn't need company, especially company that couldn't match him.

Basically, ordinary bullying methods were not a big thing for Killua. In fact, they were child's play. But he couldn't deny the fact that he had spend a lot of times with bullies because they were all over him and that they were a bother.

But bullying when it comes to girls were different. Girls bullying other girls were a completely different thing than he had imagined.

In the academy, this was very common and he had seen it with his own eyes. He realized this as he remembered the times he actually had a crush on Aria.

Aria would sometimes get bullied. And he would occasionally try to rescue her. "Try", because he didn't actually knew what to do.

Girls... were fragile. He realized back then. They get hurt by words very easily. They were anxious little things who cared a lot about their looks, reputation, and everything around them although they say that they don't. They were contradictory beings that were hard to understand sometimes.

His views regarding common people were expanding at that point.

Back then, since Killua had only spend time with people with nen, he was used to people who were exceptionally, or if not, stronger than normal fighters. He had never actually interacted with normal people. But in the Hunter Academy, he was able to.
