E, I wish I could see you. I wish you weren’t in New York. I wish I could undo what was done. I wish you would’ve showed up that morning on the train platform, I even got you your favorite flowers. - H

The club was psychically vibrating as the hundreds of bodies gyrated against each other, the friction causing the unbearable heat that Harry was feeling as he sat in the corner booth – furthest from the door, closest to the bar. He pushed his plastered hair off his forehead and rubbed the sweat off with the back of his hand. His cat eyes frantically darting around the packed place, she was here, somewhere, she always was.

Ellie pushed her way through the mob of intoxicated bodies, drunk on body odor and over priced, watered down shots. She stopped at the illuminated bar to purchase one whiskey and coke and turned toward the corner to be greeted by the familiar wondering green eyes that she always prayed would be there, waiting for her, but seldom were.

Harry nodded at her when their eyes met. Assuring her that he was alone and they were safe. She moved slowly towards him, unnerving him with every step she took. She was intoxicating.

“Whiskey and coke?” Ellie purred into Harry’s ear and placed the drink into his waiting hand. She lowered her small frame into his lap and slowly moved her hips, excruciating him. He sipped the drink and averted his eyes from hers, focusing them on the mass of people.

Ellie peppered hard kisses along his jaw line and down his neck, sucking softly at the nape as she rubbed against the growing area in his tight jeans.

“Stop.” Harry’s voice was husky and strained as he attempted to quite the devil on his shoulder. Ellie had always had this indescribable affect on him, he was addicted to her fair skin and the way it clashed turbulent persona. Nothing could keep him away from her. Just being near her had the power to bring him to his knees and make him beg for mercy.

Ellie loved him even though she couldn’t. He was always there, lurking in the depths of her mind and he enjoyed torturing her, waiting for the right moment to resurface but mostly staying away. Sticking to his world as she made it day-by-day in hers.

Harry shoved her off of him and stood up abruptly, startling Ellie as she hit the table and struggled to catch her footing. He desperately reached for her hand and once he got a hold of it he quickly located the bathrooms, forcefully shoving through the crowd.

Harry herded Ellie into the single men’s restroom and slammed the door behind him, making sure the door was securely locked. The sheer desire in the room was unmistakable as he kissed her with his whiskey lips. He hungrily shoved his tongue into her mouth and reached one hand up to cup her breast and one to tug her at her chopped blond hair.

Ellie pushed him away and dropped to her knees. She used her trembling yet confident hands to unzip the zipper on his tight jeans. She knew he needed her more then she needed him, and for him she would do anything. She tugged down his jeans and took his length into her mouth, ignoring the usual foreplay. She allowed him to control her, his vice grip on her head moving her back and fourth, deeper each time until she choked. The sound alone enough to worry him yet send him over the edge.

Without warning Ellie’s mouth was full of a sour taste, she grimaced as she swallowed the creamy substance then wiped her mouth with the sleeve of her shirt. She stood up and dusted off her knees, Harry’s green eyes watched her the whole time calculating her next move. They locked eyes for the first time of the night and Ellie’s heartbeat was so loud she was sure he could hear it.

This was hardly the adequate time for it but she couldn’t control it, “I love you” she blurted involuntarily and her stomach dropped four stories. She had never felt so exposed and vulnerable. She had finally expelled those four words that she had worked up for so long. It wasn’t the great romantic moment that it should’ve been when you tell someone you love them for the first time, but it was what she had imagined it to be, it was them.
