Leaving... or am I?

Sasuke P.O.V

"i'm..."

"leaving and i thought you should have the right to know."

I frowned when I saw Naruto's facial expression, it was a mix of anger, sadness and something else I couldn't pinpoint.

"I..." was all Naruto said when he ran out the door, I chased after him but stopped on my lawn , following him in the car would be quicker.

I got in my brother's car and drove off to Naruto's house, Naruto had even left his bike in front of my house.

'why is he so upset about it? and why do I feel like I actually care?'

I ran a few red lights to get to Naruto's house faster. when I started chasing Naruto I had lost him I mean he's fast and has good stamina, I wouldn't be surprised if he was already at his house.

when I parked in front of his house I knocked on the door... nothing, I knocked again but this time about 1000% harder. 'I swear Naru I'm going to kick down this door if u don't open it' I thought to myself.

After a while of hard knocking a man with long white hair opened the door, he was rubbing his temples.

"quiet down already."

"where's Naruto?"

"he just ran in 10 minutes ago, he said he was going to take a shower."

I went past the guy and barged upstairs knocking down the bathroom door.

what I saw almost made me puke, it was Naruto laying on the floor with a pool of blood around him in one of his pale hands a razor blade and multiple slits across his wrists.

I quickly grabbed my mobile phone and dialed the emergency number.

"9-1-1, what's your emergency?"

"my friend he attempted suicide I need an ambulance right now!"

"okay sir, stay calm the paramedics will be there in a minute."

and she was right, about a minute later an ambulance arrived and they took Naruto, I followed them to the hospital, i was surprised i didn't leave Naruto there, with me it's always work comes before personal relations... why wasn't it now?

I kept following them to the hospital while not wanting to think about what injuries Naruto would have because of me or worst...

THIRD PERSON VIEW? MAYBE IDRK:

2 hours had passed since Naruto arrived in the hospital when Sasuke got to visit him, Sasuke was sitting at the edge of Naruto's bed really taking in the details of Naruto's face.

the oceanic blue eyes in which he could feel himself drowning, the golden blond hair that seemed to light up every room the blond went and the whisker scars running across his face.

Sasuke had to admit that Naruto was good looking, you should be blind if you'd fail to see that.

Sasuke smelt the copper smell of blood all around but the dominating smell was just Naruto, Sasuke never noticed Naruto smelled so good

suddenly the door slammed open! it was Itachi.

"how is he?"

"the doctors said he's fine and he's just passed out off blood loss."

"and what caused that blood loss?" Itachi said suspiciously eyeing Sasuke.

"it wasn't me! he... he slit his wrist after I told him I would be leaving for a while..." Sasuke said looking down at the ground.

"I am so conflicted! I want to leave but at the same time I want to stay here right next to Naruto..." Sasuke said looking at the blond.

"you know you can always."

"NO!" Sasuke said before Itachi could even finish "I would never do that to him."

it had become quiet now and Itachi felt an awkward silence so he walked up to Sasuke to put a bag on his lap.

"here food, it's better than eating nothing at all, this will distract you for a bit."

"I can't afford distractions right now I'm watching Naruto."

"Sasuke he is in a hospital! it's not like his condition is going to get worse it something, and besides you're acting like you are losing the love of your life." Itachi said Staring at Sasuke, but at the last part Sasuke stared back and it wasn't a friendly stare.

which made Itachi think his little brother might feel something for the blond.

Day 1

Naruto still hadn't woken up and Sasuke started to worry more and more, he sat on the side of Naruto's bed again looking at the blond.

Sasuke felt a pain in his chest seeing the blond like this.

he chuckled to himself, and said:

"dobe, got me to have feelings for you."

Sasuke's eyes were brimming with tears but he could just hold them because an Uchiha doesn't cry.

~time skip~

Sasuke had been watching over Naruto all day, he had been so tired that he fell asleep on the hospital chair, the nurse came in and saw it, she put a blanket over Sasuke to make sure he wouldn't catch a cold.

Day 2

Sasuke was pacing around the room thinking about what to do, he wanted to leave, to be gone from Naruto's life forever it would be a good thing, he was sure of it.

and not only for him but for Naruto too.

he looked at Naruto and had made a decision, if he doesn't wake up by tomorrow he will leave and be gone from Naruto's life forever, if Naruto does wake up he'll tell the truth.

Sasuke sat down on the edge of Naruto's bed and started playing with Naruto's soft gold hair.

"please wake up." Sasuke said while planting a small kiss on Naruto's cheek.

Day 3

today was the day, if Naruto would not wake up today he would leave out of his life forever, Sasuke couldn't go on living with the guilt he would have if he didn't see Naruto wake up so he was praying to the gods.

it was already in the afternoon and Naruto still didn't show signs of waking up or at least being somewhat lively, he hasn't even moved or something to indicate that he will be fine.

2 hours later Itachi came in, he knew of Sasuke's plan and he didn't approve, how could he just leave Naruto.

but Sasuke thought to himself that he had no other choice.

"so...Sasuke why are you still here wouldn't you leave if he didn't wake up today?."

"the day is still young and he has the right to know the truth." Sasuke said while looking at Naruto.

Sasuke was hoping he's wake up quick.

~time skip~

it was 23:47, Itachi left and Sasuke was losing hope, he was beginning to grab his stuff and he was about to leave but he forgot to say goodbye to Naruto., so he went back to the bed.

"goodbye Naruto, I hope I will find you in the next life." Sasuke said.

this time a single tear rolled down Sasuke's cheek and fell on Naruto's forehead.

when Sasuke turned around and set his first few steps he got grabbed by his wrists.

"Sasuke stay please." a hoarse voice said.

Sasuke looked back and saw the blond awoken from the deep slumber.
