Ch. 16- It's always a good time

Buzz buzz. What the crap? Buzz buzz. Oh...my phone. I woke up to a text from Louis. -Everyones goin to downtown 2day. Wanna match outfits, if you know what I mean. Love, Your Lou. x- I smiled. Duh I knew what he meant....the famous Louis outfit.

Luckily I had a navy striped shirt and red shorts. I got the whole outfit at Hollister. Then to finish the outfit...I slipped on some toms. Gosh this will be great. I loved downtown so much. It was pretty much a teen hang out. Especially at night. What's not to love. There's ice cream parlors, the best clothing stores, cool lights, resturants, and sometimes bands.

Haz was still sprawled across the bed sleeping. So I went over by him and poked his cheeks. I wanted to leave for downtown soon. but he kept snoring. The only way to wake him up was to throw off his covers. I turned around, since I never know if he's naked or not, and threw the blanket off. Yes! I heard him groan, "Em...I don't want to get up!". I was still turned around and all of a sudden Harry yanked me onto him. "Harry!" I complained. Luckily, I felt fabric...he had his boxers on. Basically he rolled on top of me. Since when did he get so heavy? My face was smashed into his chest. "Harry you better let go right now". I whined. . Geez, He was literally suffocating me. Between breaths I huffed, "Harry. Seriously. Get. Off" Thank god, he got up. "Sorry your very comfy. Snuggle buddies tonight?" He said while smirking. "Oh my god Haz! No snuggle buddies for you". I laughed. He looked sad. But Trust me, snuggle buddies isn't fun...it's annoying.

"Were going to our most favorite Place ever!". I exclaimed. He flashed his dimples and asked, "DOWNTOWN?". I nodded happily. He jumped off the bed and changed into some clothes. Today will be fun!

-Arriving at downtown-

We all hopped out of the car. "Good Time" by Owl City is stuck in my head. We were jamming to it the whole way. And yes, Lou and I were matching. Austin and Zayn (Austin just HAD to come) looked a little jealous, but also annoyed. I got to admit, Lou and i looked extremely cute together. Louis' hand brushed mine. NO WAY. Not in public...it would get out so fast that "Louis is spotted with Harry's best friend". But we're already in matching clothes. That doesn't mean anything though. Lou's finger hooked mine. "Not in public". I whispered really quietly under my breath. He replied, "Oh yeah, whoops".

We walked in and out of shops. A couple people regonzied the boys. "Holy crap! Can we please have a picture! You guys are amazing". A group of girls squealed. All of the boys took a picture by the girls. "Hey you! Come in also! Your Harrys best friend , Emma, right?". One of them asked. Wow! Someone regonzied me. Harrys talked about me to interviewers a lot so maybe that's why. I smiled at the girls and joined the photo. "Your so pretty!". Another girl said. I love these directioners! "Thank you!". I exclaimed happily and hugged her.

Many girls actually wanted a picture with Niall. Niall was so excited! But I, thanks for Harry, signed 3 girls arms. So random...but crazy directioners know EVERYTHING about One Directions lives. Their was no band on the small stage. A smile crept onto Louis' face and he said "We should.." Zayn cut him off saying, "I am not singing up there. Not right now". Truthfully I thought this could be fun. "Who's in?". Louis asked. Hazza raised his hand, same with Niall. Leah wasn't going to so Liam backed out. "Oh come on. Only us 3. Em do it with us!". Niall asked. I smiled widely. I think I was up for this. Not like my voice is famous material...but I've been told I'm good.

"What was that you were just humming before?". Lou asked. Good times!!! We could definatley sing that. "Oh Good Times. We al, know the words!". I said. They nodded and we agreed to do that. No one was right by the stage, but some people hanging around. Hopefully some people would come over and listen. "We will be your fans". Leah said giving us high fives. Nialler, Hazza, Lou, and I jumped on the small stage. There was a speaker iPods could hook up to. There were even microphones. This was meant to be! "Ready?". Harry asked. We nodded and decided Louis would sing the first part. I hocked my iPhone onto the speaker.

Harry gave me a thumbs up, so I hit play. Carly Rae Jepsons beautiful "woahhh woah oh"s played loudly. None of us on stage could wipe off our big smiles. Louis started walking forward And sang in sync with the song, "Woke up on the right side of the bed. What's up with this prince song inside my head? Hands up if you're down to get down tonight". I jumped closer to Louis and sang, "mmmm," as a background noise. He was now facing me and continued, "Cuz it's always a good time..." I zoned out a little while he sang more of his verse. People were now watching us from far away. Probaly wondering what's going on. Louis stopped so I took a deep breath and sang the best I could, "Good morning and good night. I wake up at twilight". Everyone looked a little shocked...hopefully In a good way. Niall put his arm around me and sang, "It's gonna be alright". Now we all jumped up and sang, "We don't even have to try, it's always a good time".

People were now walking our way. No joke! I was actually singing on stage. How cool is that? "Woah-oh-oh-oh, woah-oh-oh-oh. We don't even have to try its always a good time". All of us belted. I did the swimmer dance with Harry. While Louis and Niall jumped around like crazy. About 10 random people were watching us clapping. Probaly because the fact that it's one direction!

Crap, now it's my verse. What's the words, what's the words? Harry looked at me worried and filled in for me, "Feet down dropped my phone in the pool again, checked out of my room..". Thank the lord for Haz. I joined in with him, "hit the ATM. Let's hang out if your down to get down tonight. Cuz it's always a good time". I smiled widely at harry and mouthed thank you. Nialls adorable voice sang, "Good morning and good night". Now it was my turn, "I wake up at twilight". Niall again, "It's gonna be alright, we don't even have to try. It's always a good time". This refrain we danced like crazy. So was our growing crowd! Liam and Leah were starting a Congo line. Haha! Zayn looked at me and gave a thumbs up. Since when did he like me again?

Haz and my part came up. His slow and angelic voice began, "Doesn't matter when, it's always a good time then". His sparkling green eyes looked at me and he interlocked his fingers with mine. I sang, "Doesn't matter where, it's always a good time there". I sang that pretty good, it helped to have harry there smiling at me, He twirled me and sang again, "Doesn't matter when, it's always a good time thennnnn". My heart was beating really fast, not sure why. I didn't want this song to end. This song was so true about all of us. But mostly Harry.

The last line of the song came and we all sang, "We don't even have to try its always a good time". Our crowd of about 25 people cheered. Lou kissed my cheek and we all hugged. "Since when did you have an amazing voice?". Lou said more of as compliment than a question. But by now Leah was high fiving us. "That was so freaking fun!". She squealed. I flung my arms around Harry and he said, "Great job! I told you, you should be the sixth member of one D".
