Shadow's Gone

One hundred eighty degrees,
hung our bodies of trunk of trees.
Together we do as we please
bizarre things we both cherish.

We are foes in petty matters
but in crimes, we are partners.
yes, we're mean to each other
but secretly act as tub-thumper

We're like shadow and light,
So dark and so bright.
stick with you day and night
doing pranks and the like.

He dirturb me when I'm thinking
Insult me when I'm bragging
Wake me from dreaming
Mad at me when I'm crying.

Always treat me in harsh way,
but care in unique way
having fracas is our normal day
But I'm sad when he's not okay.

Then one day, I woke up peacefully
heard no noise from my adversary.
I run to his room snappily
Found just bed not soothingly.

The harsh gales whisk me
into the state of agony
when the maelstrom of reality
hit me numbingly.

Rushing comets of memory landed on me
You stole my death desperately
Gehenna, when my heart beats rapidly
as his falls into flat line supersonically.

It's a lie that I'm cold and strong
want to cut ties from the world his not belong.
Under the rain I sing our foolish song
Not realizing it was my tears all along.

Small portion of hope on my hand,
a package of promises makes me stand.
Though it's hard to see the sun again
Now that my shadow met its end.
