There was a knock at my door.

I completely had forgotten what I was doing and why someone was at my door. "Who is it?"

"Jack."

Jack! I flung the front door open, a little breathless. He was quite a site. He had on a black tuxedo with a small bow-tie, and shiny black shoes. His face was clean shaven, and his hair was slightly slicked back.

"Oh Jack! You look so handsome." I smiled at him affectionately. He stepped in the doorway and hugged me tightly. He leaned his heard back and kissed me. After a moment of his tender lips, and his warm tongue making its' way playfully into my mouth, he gently pulled away.

"You look absolutely gorgeous." His hands were on my hips. I giggled at his compliment and said thank you. He asked if I was ready and I told him I had to grab my purse.

"I'll wait out front for you." With that, he turned and walked off the porch and down the pathway lined with all different colored flowers. I also checked out his butt as he walked away and bit my lip.

I walked back into my living room to grab my clutch and stopped dead in the middle of the room. I wondered if the smoky man would come back. I couldn't linger on the thought for very long because Jack was waiting for me. I couldn't tell him what I had saw! He knows I am a Wiccan, but if he knew what I had seen, he might think I was entirely crazy. I snatched up my clutch and kind of slammed my front door on the way out. I didn't want to even think about the unusual experience.

I felt flustered by it, and Jack had noticed. "Are you alright?"

I shot him a smile, "Yeah, I'm just a little overwhelmed and excited! Where are you taking me?"

"You'll see." The driver opened the limo door for us, and Jack let me in first. Always a gentleman. The inside of the limo was amazing! The ceiling and sides of the limo were lined with built in rope lights that changed colors. Red, purple, blue, green, and back to red. The seats were black, and a vinyl upholstery. There was also a moon roof.

We rode the opposite direction from town and took the interstate. Jack told me the ride would be a little over an hour, which gave us some alone and personal time with each other. I leaned over to him and kissed him on the cheek. He took my hands in his and smirked at me. "I've missed you, darling."

"I've missed you too! I hate it when you go away on such long business trips." I looked him straight in the eyes to let him know how much I missed him.

"I'm sorry about that. At least this one was shorter, and I won't have to leave for a while this time. Our business relationships have been expanded enough for now. All we have to do is file a bunch of paperwork and wait around for the calls."

"I'm glad to hear that. So now you'll be home with me?" My eyes lit up; I was thrilled he was coming home. Maybe his return will keep smoky outlines of figures from randomly popping in.

"Yes, and you know what that means?" He began to kiss my neck and I started laughing. For the rest of the ride, there was some foreplay and lots of making out. When the car halted, the driver let down the privacy window and announced our arrival. We were parked outside the beautiful Adour Alain Ducasse at the St. Regis, New York. I was shocked when the driver opened the door for us, and I saw where we were.

"Jack, are we really eating here?" I was excited, shocked, thrilled, and amazed, all at once.

"Yes, we are, Silver." He took my hand in his and we walked into the restaurant.

Words can't even describe the inside; it was so beautiful. The venue was French cuisine. The food was very delicious, and the service was excellent. Jack and I talked about things we each had missed, his business trip, and how much we missed each other. We were there for a couple of hours, and spent the entire time laughing. We weren't the only ones in there, but the other couples that were there were just as satisfied. The restaurant requires reservations to get in but is well worth it.
