Chapter 5

Marley's POV:

I had exciting news for Sawyer and I couldn't wait to tell him so I just decided to de-excite myself by watching Shane and Sawyer's video. "We're doing riddles today." Sawyer said laughing. Shane sat beside him and held up a bowl. "My wifey was nice enough to get us a bowl of riddles to draw from." Sawyer said, looking at me with a smile. I listened to their answers as they drew out riddles. "First." Shane said. "What gets wetter and wetter the more it dries?" Sawyer read. He laughed and said, "Your mutha." I couldn't help but chuckle to myself. "Well actually my mom's pretty dry." Shane argued. They both continued to crack me up until the last 'riddle' was pulled. "What has brown hair, a hat on, and is about to be very surprised?" Shane read out loud. "I don't know." they both said. Shane flipped the paper around and read, "Congratulations Sawyer, you're going to be...a daddy." Sawyer's eyes grew wide and he cheered, "Yeah!" He ran to me and Shane turned the camera to us. Sawyer and I kissed and he rubbed my stomach. He then turned to the camera and yelled, "Shane? You got all that on camera, fuck yeah!" I smiled knowing I could finally give him what he always wanted. "Baby Hartman." I said, kissing his cheek.
