13 days [ seventeen ]

[ c h a p t e r 3 ]

the bell rang and i quickly packed my things . it's only my first day but i can't stand it already . when i was about to leave someone grabbed my hand i looked at the person and it was Jeonghan "what do you want? let me go!!!" he quickly let me go and he started speaking "do u want to eat lunch with me and my friends?". i just rolled my eyes and just went to the cafeteria. Who does he think i am ? why would he think i would eat with peasants ?. as i arrived in the cafeteria there was only one empty table.I quickly bought my lunch. as i saw the food i wanted to puke "so this is the kind of food they eat" i whispered silently under my breath. I quickly went to the table and sat down before anyone does. i started eating the food if you even call it food. As I was eating i saw someone standing in front of me . It was Jeonghan and he started to speak while i just looked at him. "whether you like it or not my friends and i decided to stay with you for 1 day each until your last day here which is in 13 days". i told him " who said i was gonna be here for 13 days"."the teacher said it during class while you were busy not listening" "I don't even know you or your friends? and why would you think i would like you and your friends being with me?" "because we said so." i was starting to get annoyed so i just let it be even though i don't like it.i continued eating my food. I also kept in mind to ask my mom why they didn't tell me i would only be here for 13 days.Don't get me wrong i am very happy that i only get to stay in this place for 13 days i just don't like the fact that my parents didn't bother to tell me how long i would be here. as I heard the bell rang meaning that lunch is over . Jeonghan told me that for this day we all have the same classes since that is how this school's schedule works. i was going back to the classroom until i bumped into someone and my books fell .it was a girl who bumped me She kept on telling me sorry and i just told her it was okay.  also I am not a bad person i just don't like talking to people besides my friends and parents. She gave me back my books that she picked up from the floor and i just smiled to her. i continued my way back to the classroom and when i arrived the teacher smiled to me i just smiled back weakly.
