So I thought I should make a few points clear before I actually start the story part.

Firstly the reader is NOT dragonborn.

Secondly the reader is a mixed race but this is not in favor of giving reader multiple abilities but rather social disadvantages and to take away any abilities at all. (I'll elaborate on another point)

These points are both I'm aim of making the reader as harmless as I can without making her completely useless. Also I get soooo bored with the being dragonborn thing. I refuse to make reader dragonborn. Another reason is because I feel if I were to make the reader dragonborn, able to shout enemies miles away, it wouldn't work out well for the type of clumsy character she is intended to be and would ruin the entire "Teldryn is stuck looking after the airhead because he doesn't feel right letting her wonder off to find her death" theme I wanted to use for this story.

The third point is that despite the very specific reader features this is NOT and oc. What the reader looks like and weapon of choice will be up to the reader as well as names important to the reader. The only things decides are the fact that reader is a Mutt of races and is child-like and clumsy (and not dragonborn but does not being something actually count as a viable feature?)

Fourth thing to be said is this story will be starting with just reader but Teldryn will show up don't worry. He will possibly arrive in chapter 3 and I might right a paragraph explaining briefly what's happened to that point for those who wanna just skip to him, I can't blame anyone for it I mean I'm writing this fanfic about him so I clearly understand.

Fith and final point regarding readers race... I am still working on an actually family tree chart explaining readers exact race but it's taking a lot of time and research into skyrim lore for me to connect everything. Reader like I stated before is by all means a mutt. Mixed with so many other races that no one or two races stand out enough to say "hey elf" or "cat/lizard" or "Nord/ Breton/ Imperial" but more often be actually stopped so people can ask: "wtf are you???" Again don't have the tree worked out yet but when I do I will publish a chapter explaining her mixing of races. To explain briefly her family tree is just full of bastards (children born of unwedded individuals with to intent or attempt to marry). But she has 37 different races into her (bet you didn't know there were that many races, well I would like you to know there are even more still but they just aren't in her bloodline). She is mixed with man, and mer, beast folk, and daedra, even goblin folk.
All the races included in her are: Argonian, Birdmen, Dreugh, Giant, Ogre, Goblin, Riekling (both the kind found in the dragonbirn dlc and the Ice bitter Rieklings), Khajiit, Lamia, Lilmothiit, Minotaur, Nymph, Tsasc, Aureal, Dremora, Herne, Mazken, Nocturnal, Spiderkith, Xivilai, Xivkyn, Nede, Imperial, Karthringi, Nord, Reachmen, Redguard, Aldmer, Altmer, Ayeid, Bosmer, Dunmer, Falmer, Dwemer, Orc, Chimer, and Maormer.

At stated before, this doesn't grant reader all the in-born abilities of every race listed. But rather a few if any. Forexample because frost-resistance is so common in her bloodline she does have a fair degree of resistance to frost, but it's nothing like it would be if she were a pure nord or Falmer (I would imagine they have amazing frost resistance as they are called "Snow-elfs") however things like the command animal power of voice of the emperor are definitely out of her abilities. This is because she has so many races in her that not one stands out enough to develop any real abilites. Another reason is because in Elder Scroll lore abilites like that are birth features. Like have curly hair or straight hair. Just because someone with stair hair has a child with someone with curly hair the child will not have half a head of curly and half a head of straight hair. It's more likely the child with have either straight or curly hair or even wavy hair. The same with abilites then. Just because one parent can frighten enemies into backing off. and the other can force an adrinaline rush doesn't mean there child will be able to do both. More likely the child will develop a new power which is some kind of mix of both powers. Like being able to shout a battle cry so intese the enemies loses stamina and the child gains that stamina.

Either way drawn out explications aside and to simplify. Reader is so mixed that reader doesn't count as any known race. She her own entirely new race in a way, but the only one of her kind cause she the only one who's race is fucked up just enough. She isn't specially gifted and it also will explain the apparent lack of social skills as since most of the Elder Scrolls universe are very racist and care a lot about social status commonly she would be the child parents told theirs to stay away from. Also because she is so mixed she could look like literally anything. Which is why you will see the aside notes (like these between parentheses) alot. Again this isn't an oc, so you will have a lot of choice of what the reader looks like and what features are prominent.

Does reader have horns or a tail? Up to you. Scales or skin? Pointed elven ears or cat ears? You decide. Even skin tone could be anything under the sun.

This took a lot longer than I thought but I think I've covered everything I've meant to. Again a later chapter will explain readers bloodline though that most-likely won't be made clear in the story cause of memory loss and the fact is reader probably won't get memories back due to 1 part psychological blockage and 1 part is to odense to regonize what is memory and what is a thought. Like reader would most likely see a pot, have a flashback involving a similar looking pot, and then think that was just her imagination coming up with ideas about pots.
