***Trixie POV***

I texted my ex for the 11th time in the past two days telling him to call me. He still didn't reply so I called him but it went straight to voicemail. "At the tone please record your message..." I rolled my eyes and waited for the tone. *Beeep* "Zy this is Trixie. I know you see me hitting your phone. Don't play with me. It's important so I'm warning you now you better call me back before shit gets ugly." I hung up the phone and threw it across the bed. I went into my son's bedroom. He was eating cereal watching cartoons. "Xavier, what did I tell you about eating in your room?"

"Sorry ma." He got up and was about to walk out the room.

"Dont worry about it. Go ahead. Just don't make a mess and take your dishes to the kitchen when you're done."

Xavier was 3 years old. I had him when I was 18. His father and I had been broken up for over a month when I told him I was pregnant so he didn't believe it was his baby. Besides we'd broken up because he would constantly accuse me of cheating on him and eventually he left me. Though the cheating accusations were true, I knew Zy was the father of my child because he was the only one who I had sex with unprotected. After I gave birth I moved away from the city because I was ashamed of being a single mother, but I always regretted not giving Xavier the chance to have his dad in his life. Over the years I lost contact with Zy so when Taniya hit me up about reaching out to them I didn't hesitate to include myself in her plans. Apparently, she had some kind of falling out with Queen. I was surprised because I knew they were best friends at one point but I also didn't like Queen so I didn't care what Taniya did to her. When I found Queen and Zy has gotten together after me and him broke up I was mad as hell. The whole time we were together he told me they were just friends but I knew it was more than that. I could tell they liked each other and honestly I was jealous of Queen and the bond she shared with Zy. I knew he trusted her and cared for her deeply and I never felt that same affection from him. If you ask me he was the reason I cheated. He pushed me away and right into the arms of another nigga. Then he turns around and leaves me then denies my child and wifes the same bitch he claims was just his friend. That bitch took everything from me. That's supposed to be me getting married and starting a family. It was definitely time for payback.
I texted Taniya and told her to meet me at my brothers spot on the Eastside. I got Xavier dressed and then got ready. I threw on some black ripped skinny jeans with a white halter top with the back out. I put on some white Fenty slides and grabbed my purse and keys and was out the door. About 15 minutes later, I was pulling up to my brother's house and Taniya car was parked in the driveway. As I approached the door I heard yelling. I rolled my eyes because I them two were arguing. I opened the door and told Xavier to go in the back and play with his cousins. He did as I said and I walked in the kitchen. My brother Quay was at the table bagging up some weed. Taniya was standing up on the other side of the kitchen cussin him out. "I know your no good ass had that bitch over here. You think you slick. Stop playing with me." I shook my head because this shit goes on every time they get together and they turn around and be right back fucking.

"You the one running around fucking some other bitch. You know I ain't had no hoe up in here at my spot. So shut your ass up."

She knew he was right so she just said "mhmm whatever. That don't mean you haven't been with the girl."

I laughed at them. "Y'all something else man."

I got a drink from the fridge and went into the living room signaling Taniya to come with me. We sat on the couch and talked while music videos played on the big flat screen TV.

"So girl what's up with that Camille girl." I asked

"Girl her clueless ass just keeps on telling me everything I need to know..and Queen and Zy should be back Sunday so we gotta come up with something quick."

"Zy been ignoring my calls and texts. At this point I'm willing to just pop up on his ass with Xavier."

"Slow your roll, we gotta think everything through. If you just pop up he can easily deny it like he did before. What you need to do is blackmail his ass. You know he having all the money. I say make him take the DNA test, get 20 racks out his ass just to keep quiet about it."

"Hell yeah. And I still might tell Queen just for the fun of it."

Taniya laughed and we slapped hands.

"And for me, Ima text from Camille phone telling Queen to meet her somewhere. Then I'll show up. That bitch gone finally get what's coming for her. But I ain't gone spare her. She should've killed me when she pulled that gun out on me."

"Damn girl you harsh. You are the one that slept with your best friend's man." I scrunched up my face at her.

"Whatever. He was into it. And she forgave him but not me. She just wants him to keep taking care of her ass. He got her living good now she think she better than everybody else. Fuck that. .." Taniya spoke with a lot of envy.

It was still weird seeing these two hate each other after years of friendship and something tells me Taniya has probably been low key hating Queen since way back in the day. I'm not a fan of the girl, but I had to admit Taniya was being pretty spiteful and down right evil.

"Look, I'm just in this for the benefit of my child. I could care less about all that other drama. Xavier deserves a good life too and his father is gonna give that to him one way or the other. And I'm taking that promise to my grave." I just left it at that and got up calling Xavier to come on.

"I'll catch up with you later, girl." I called out to Taniya before leaving. I got in the car and honked twice as I pulled off.
