Gravis P.O.V.

Being a freelancer has its perks. This means, I can go and do whatever I want; and I want to see all of Ninjago before I die. Seriously, this Realm is crazy but amazing at the same time. The Caves of Despair were confusing, Stiix smelled like fish, Jamanakai Village was small, and I almost didn't make it out of Hiroshi's Labyrinth, but they were all charming in their own ways. Also, I made some pretty awesome sketches of those places.

For a while, I've put my plans for visiting New Ninjago City on hold. I keep my eye on the news, and that place has had a string of bad luck. I do not want to be wandering around with a magical, evil warlord attacking. But, I think everything is good now. I heard something about a Ninja dying or whatever, but hey, whatever it takes to bring peace, am I right? As long as it's not me dying, that's perfectly fine.

However, at the moment, I am regretting my choice of travel. I already booked myself in a nice joint a few blocks from the famed Borg Tower. To save some money, I decided to hop on this cheap, crowded bus on a one way trip. First Spinjitzu Master, why?! That was possibly the worst decision I've ever made in my entire life!

I wouldn't say I'm completely anti-social, but there's only two people I like in this Realm. Jim, the guy who gives me free baklava at this random inn and my nephew. Unfortunately, I'm kind of disowned from the family so I haven't seen him in a few years. Poor kid. I do not miss that tyrannical household.

But anyways, back to the torture which is the two kids behind me who haven't stopped chattering for two hours and who also find it fun to kick the back of my already lumpy, stained seat. Not to mention, the guy next to me has no sense of personal space. Excuse you! That's your elbow in my ribs!

I can't wait to reach the city so I can finally get off this Underworldly bus. Somehow, I actually almost managed to fall asleep, but then a paper airplane hits me straight in the face. Aaagh, so annoying! I would have just crumpled it up, but my name was on its wing and there was a bunch of other writing on it. What?!

Greetings, Master of Gravity,

Hmm? I haven't used my Element since trying to climb the Wailing Alps.

Master Chen desires your presence and participation at his Tournament of Elements. Go to the western docks of New Ninjago City by 24:00 for free transport to the island. Keep quiet about this and do not bring any weapons or dangerous consequences will follow. If you are the sole champion, then you will be gifted with enough money to travel Ninjago at your leisure.

Wow, cool. Not having to work to travel the Realm sounds like pretty tempting offer. I doubt I'll win since I'm kind of rusty with my Element, but at least I'll be able to see what this Chen person's island looks like.
