Chapter 5

Why helloooooooooooo!" laughing jack was smiling at jeff while handing out candy to people, especially children.

You notice that the candy wrappers are different for the kids, they were black, when the other wrappers were pink or green.

"Oh, I see that you brought a friend with you!" laughing jack had his eyes on you now

"And you are?" he asked handing you some black wrapped candy.

" Y/N, and no thanks, i'm all set" you say pushing the candy away.

"Y/N, this is Laughing Jack, LJ, this is Y/N." Jeff introduced the both of you.

After at least one hour of talking, LJ asked Jeff a question.

"Oh, jeff, can I talk to you for a moment, please?" LJ took jeff behind a tent and you couldn't help but listen to what they were talking about.

"So, is she single?" LJ said smiling

"Yeah, me and her "broke up" about a year ago" jeff said trying to frown

"Awesome, so then you wouldn't mind if I ask her out then?" LJ asked with a grin, obviously knowing that you were there.

"No, I guess not."

*he was okay with it?!*

They walked out from behind the tent, your first reaction was to run, just run away.

"Hey, where do you think you're going?!" LJ yelled from far behind you before running after you(Jeffs POV)

Man, even though we "broke up" I still love her.

I might as well go "save" her from LJ.

As he was running after her, I saw that look in her eyes, like when we first met, that scared yet angry look.

"Laughing jack, stop, NOW!!!" I yelled

He turned but, he smirked and kept running after her.

*fuck, why I gotta do everything around here myself!?*

(Your POV)

You were hiding behind the lighthouse, waiting for him to go away.

Finally he left, and after he did you started to cry from fear.

You feel a hand on your shoulder you look up to find LJ looking as if he caught the winning prize just now.

*oh, shit!*

He pulls you up, and throws you over his shoulder, you scream, but no one can hear you.

You break free, and start to run once again, he caught you, again, you kicked and punched, and then you remembered that you brought something, your knife.

You took it out, keeping it hidden, so he can't see it.

You stabbed him in the stomach, he dropped you from reflex of the stab.

"Ow, what the hell?!" He yelled from pain.

You ran as far as you could, stopping at the docs, almost falling in.

Just as you stopped, you felt a hand on your back pushing you in.

The last thing you remember was someone diving in to save you, and the sky slowly fading away as you blacked out into unconsciousness-3 months later-

(Jeff's POV)

She's still unconscious, why was she so stupid as to run towards the docks?!

"Wake up, please..." I notice that she hasn't moved from that same position since the incident.

"Laughing jack will pay for this!" I yelled this a little too loud.

"Hmm?" Ben was looking at me like I did something wrong.

"What!?" I still had my bad ass attitude, of course.

"You really care about her don't you?" Ben was giving me the eyebrow

"What, I have no idea what you're talking about!" I say while turning my head so he wouldn't see the slight blush on my face

"Whatever you say, Jeffrey..." I hated when he called me that!

"You're next, Benjamin..." I shot back at him.

I went to Y/N's room, she was still lying there, motionless.

"'Come on, please wake up... I, need you."

(Your POV)

"Wake up, wake up, wake up..."

You could hear someone's voice fading in the distance, telling you to wake up, your body tried, but for some reason, you couldn't move.

"Hello there..."

"Who are you?!"

"I am your conscious, you need to listen to me, get out of here, you are not ready for this world."

"What are you talking about?!" You are confused of wtf is happening to you.

You finally woke up from what seemed to be complete madness.

"Oh my god..."

Ticci toby was right above you, clearly surprised that you were up.

"I-i-i'll go get jeffery!!"

He ran down the hall and tripped over a table, with his arm knocking over a vase, and got back up.

"I-i'm okay, don't worry about me, i'm fine!"

As he left you got up, and wanted to walk down the hall to see where you are, you got halfway out the door when you heard footsteps, fast footsteps.

You knock the person down thinking it was Laughing Jack.

"Thank goodness you're-!" he yelled as you knocked him down.

You look down to see jeff on the floor, with a bruise on his forehead.

"Oh my god, I am so so so so SO, sorry!!" you yell as you run down the hall.

You run into someone, someone tall.

"Well well well, so we meet again, Y/N" you look up only to find Laughing Jack standing above you with a wide grin on his face.

"Leave me the fuck alone you jerk!" You yelled at him with so much anger and so much hate that all you could do was stand there, looking into his eyes.

"You know, you are pretty brave, for a girl!" He was taunting you, and you knew that well, very well.

"Well at least I don't act like an ass hole and push people off the dock!" You knew that you had him beat.

He reached out for you, and grabbed you by your throat, and raised you up into the air."*Cough, gag*"

You realized that you were now helpless, Jeff couldn't save you now, you were on your own on this one, or so you thought.

"Laughing Jack, put her down, you know she's with Jeff..." slender man was standing behind LJ.

"Man, why you gotta ruin all the fun? We were just getting started." He laughed evilly and stared at you.

"S-s-slender help me, please." He came over and got you out of LJ's hands. You started to gasp for air as if you just lost all of it.

"There you go, and LJ, go to your room, NOW!!!!!"

LJ walked away looking at you the whole way.

"You need to learn to take a joke..."
